Has anyone else noticed or know why a certain Agency that comes to MN is no longer on TER???

PM Me if you want more details since I already had one post not make it thru on this subject.

I noticed that and got an email from said agency.  The argument over ethics in an industry that is illegal here is laughable at best.

I haven't read the blog yet but wondering what is the deal?

I even asked TER about it but nothing yet
