Yup.  Back in the day lots of places used that method.  They said it was their way of "qualifying" you for further activities.  Once in awhile the process proved to be very unpleasant.....always resulted in my immediate and quick exit to the street.  What a turn off.

I don't know much about AMPs but I do know there isn't an effective LE check other than looking for lights on their car or a badge on their shirt, and once you're in the room with them your best option is to STFU.

I have heard several times that LE can touch and lick with out disclosing LE affiliation.  everyone seems to have an opinion as to how far can they go.  Does anyone know what the law says?  Is there a red line, if so what can and can be done by the blue meanies before they confess?

I'd say it depends on the municipality.
Only have read a few articles in recent years where the case against an AMP was dismissed because LE was a lil too "hands on" in MN .

One thing though, this produces a moral/legal problem for police.  If you're a cop, it's great to admit to the judge that you committed a misdemeanor while investigating a crime.  Now, imagine that the woman is a minor...  sexual contact now becomes a serious felony with big-league sentences and lifetime sexual offender reporting.  If you are a cop, you are putting your whole life, your family, EVERYTHING at risk.

If you are enforcing prostitution laws under the claim that you are trying to reduce exploitation of minors and human trafficking, then how can you as a cop have any sexual contact with the person...  When your whole premise is that the woman is actually a victim of another's crime, and not the criminal herself.  That looks really good in court, when the cop says "yeh, I groped the victim too."
