For sure Valerie. And you can get some workout tips (so to speak)
I haven't seen her post in awhile, but the most muscular hot lady I've seen is Val. Blonde with spiked hair. A little acne, but one HELL of a body.

Glad you like them that way! Turns me on too and I wish men wouldn't look so closely at weight and height as muscle certainly weighs more and on TER seem to tend to assume based on measurements and weights listed in the description that a muscular woman is fat. But I hear too that when the athletic body build category is chosen that often what is found in reality is buxom. Maybe new categories should be better defined. Sounds like you're maybe looking for a body builder type?
Ideas for new categories:
Slender,
Average,
Athletic (12 to 20% body fat with competitive sport athletic endurance and strength and build),
Body Builder Muscular (would qualify in a body building competition),
Buxom,
Overweight,
Obese
I like those categories. Hmmm. And Elan, which category are you in?
I am in athletic but not quite below the 20% threshold. Perhaps you can raise it up a bit.

hat's the threshold given for women in body fat percentage and 20 is max for women athletes. If 1 more percent then in general they are considered fit but not athletic and skinny girls can be at 17 %, for example, but nowhere near athletic.
Here is a clinical breakdown in this link:

Also, women with lower body fat, let's say at 14% and athletic... the problem is in colder climates they need body fat often times for their immune systems to be strong and their hormones to be well balanced. The lower the fat bellow 20% the more of a challenge hormonal balance can be for women (same goes for men with the even lower percentage requirements for true athleticism vs. fitness). So if the body fat, even though athletically perhaps ideal, watch out for hormonal mood altercations when the body rebels once it hits a personal low that affects hormones in a negative way (or immune system).
Better to be in a better mood if it means to bump it up 1% or so. It's amazing what a difference 1% will make or break for strength, mobility, endurance, recovery, immunity, hormones, longevity, and depending on who you are, mood
I could easily spend an hour or so just listening to you regarding body fat. I know that skinny is not good but I would love to get rid of my little tummy and get my muscles toned. Lots of time at the gym already.
Maybe I need some of the steroid stuff. Tell me more. Your willing student.

mnwolf to give the simplest way to not need steroids or any substance there is one exercise regimen that will both kick your ass as well as kick in your bodies natural propensity to increase hgh.... it is in the legs and ass! From as ass lover here it is my belief that most answers we seek are in the ass... and well, we need some legs and arms too for this metabolic enhancement. So to kickstart your hormones here is a tough and efficient exercise since you asked: alternating every other day taking one day off a week and in the morning for 5 minutes alternate the following 1). slow squat one minute down, one minute up and then for the next three minutes or as long as you can jump squats in rapid succession 2). slow pushup one minute down, one minute up and then rapid push ups for the remaining 3 minutes or for as long as you can. This changes your metabolism with a hormone response that requires allot of muscles firing big time all at once. This is safe if you have a foundation of basic tendon strength.

One thing to realize is that slender is not necessarily fit nor athletic. What is now called the new "skinny fat"... where skinny people may lack strength and have tissue that still feels like marshmallows. And then to be on the lower end of the body fat percentage can also have it's own disadvantages such as lower immune system due to hormonal imbalances (mood swings and moodiness) resulting from a low body fat for that individual that is technically within the category range for athletic where sometimes 20% is more desirable for the temperament vs. the 14% but the 14% may be more desireable for performance in agility and output for a specific event
I agree with this goddess on earth. Of course she could get me to agree to almost anything. All those skills and a teacher, too.
.... oh, I don't know if I care to ever even think I am a goddess, I do like to marvel at experiencing great motion which is much like coming across an incredible unidentified flower and smelling it for the first time and being amazed in the moment of splendor completely unexpected. I do believe as we become more fit our senses are more keen and able to pick up on these moments and participate in these motions more readily. I know that I am but a speck in the scheme of things but a damn good speck and might as well make the most of my own minuteness while I can and share in some splendor the best I can with the one I am with. ![]()
