Thanks to everyone for showing me the Tin Eye site.  It is really helpful weeding out the fake pictures. Obviously, a picture with several sites that come up on Tin Eye is a fake.  What about if only one match comes up.  Is she fake or can some site pick up her real posting picture and run it on their site?

as far as I've heard from others it's Usually if a 0 results shows up its a good indication that it is theirs indeed.
If only one site shows up, I still would go check it out just to make sure it is or is not an Ad.
