With an unreviewed provider, you simply may not know ahead of time and the more questions you ask, the more likely it is she may think you are LE. As a general rule, the higher the rate, the more open the menu is but that is certainly not true all the time.
I've wondered about that too. But I don't think it would hurt to ask, unless specified on a website, if they are comfortable talking about expectations or something like thar. I'm guessing it has all to do with how you ask.
I often ask if they offer GFE. Sometimes they will lie and say yes, but sometimes they say "no, I don't kiss or anything like that." Then it's usually a done deal that I won't see them.
I have also planned on asking after entering their room and before I give money but can't say I've successfully pulled that one off yet.
