Not necessarily, I had assumed he chose a closer destination as it's easier and possibly cheaper to travel to.
Germany has girls from all over Europe, there is quite a selection for anyone if you look for it.
I was just suggesting it as I know it has good value for money, good quality, wide range of locations and tastes, etc.
Doesn't hurt to suggest alternatives...
