Well at least from what I can see in your pics...

Seems like there's an unsettling trend recently with the negative and/or fake reviews popping up...and the complaining about them.  

If it's the former, suck it up and provide better service.  

If it's the latter, of course you should speak up but...the real question then becomes "why did someone choose to target you?"

Granted some are earned by poor service or other issues (not saying that's the case here) but I'm just saying it's becoming more common...and I don't like it. I'm here to have fun, make new friends, and get a "massage!"

Yes this happens all the time. Typically though they write a very positive review in hopes the provider will let it slide since it's in her favor & the author gets free VIP. It has also happened that a guy will post a negative review to get revenge on a lady for rejecting him.  

Regardless the reasons there are steps you can take to have the review removed. You MUST be able to show proof however that the review is indeed a fake.

TER will first expect you to contact the reviewer. Then you'll have to give him a week or two to respond. Copy/paste your correspondence to TER & they will also contact him. Provide any & all evidence that contradicts anything he says in the review, emails, PM's ect. Expect it to take as much as a few weeks before action is taken. Also, if you do succeed in getting it pulled & he is able to prove afterward that it was a true review it will go back up.

It has happened to me and others that I know.  I've never posted on this board that I've gotten a fake review.    I contacted TER and they instructed me as to what to do, and it was like Leann said....

Even if it's been a Great review, if I know I didn't meet them, then why should THEY get two free weeks VIP?
It's not right.  So, I do something about it

In any event as others have said, best bet is to contact TER and be sure and document everything that shows the review is fake.

It's too bad fake reviews are sometimes written.  That doesn't mean a review should be easy to remove.  I doubt if anyone that looks at reviews, is going to give one bad review more credence, than all the reviews that precede it.

I would love to have free VIP and fake reviews would do it but............

I  IF I did (and I would not)  I would pick Some new, low priced, here today-gone-tomorrow type.  Just sayin'.....
