YES!

Really annoying. Takes forever to send PM's and I'm trying to do a review
and almost ready to give up for now. Sometimes the screen never does change.

Slow, plus scrambled log in fields

Not only is TER often slow to load, several times I've found the log in fields scrambled which makes logging on impossible. Lately TER seems to work better late night or early morning. Might be heavy traffic or maybe TER is performing maintenance that ought to be done during off peak hours.

I also use the "classic" version and it seems to be alright.I never liked that newer version.
