Super bumbed...

For the last month now I have been searching through reviews on TER for any provider that would be willing to take on a client with no references which yes, I do understand is not a risk to be taken lightly in the present climate and I thought I had finally found one last Thursday.  She is an upscale provider that is extremely gorgeous and on her site she said she required three references but she was too beautiful to at least not try and so I sent her an email explaining my situation to her and when she wrote me a response I thought I must have finally struck gold.

Well three emails later she told me that she had read my initial email wrong and that she hadn't realized I had no references and so she said it wouldnt work out.  I sent her an email back just thanking her for her time and asking her for a few provider tips for getting around my road block, sent it and then didn't check it again until later that afternoon, thinking that there was no way in hell that she was ever going to email me back.  Well, when I got back, she had indeed replied and she had suggested that we do lunch first and see how things went from there and once again I thought I had finally found my way around this issue.  I sent her an email back and asked her when she would like to meet, but that was last Thursday and it is now Tuesday and I still have not heard a peep back. I emailed her Saturday night (more then 48 hours later) and sent her a reminder in case she had forgotten but no word from that email either. So I guess that is the end; too bad because I probably would have stayed a client for as long as she was around.  Maybe if I finally find some references I can meet with her.

Sorry, I had to rant, I thought that I would feel better if I posted this.  We will see, I guess.
