I'm guessing same woman.  Same phone number on each add.  The two names are maybe her way of differentiating between body rub and escort or doing marketing research to see which add gets her the most hits.

She's had an escort ad on backpage under the charlie name for some time now...

I did a tineye on her pix - she shows up on a couple odd sites. I highly doubt the pix are real and I don't believe anyone on her has ever seen her, unless I am mistaken.

The reason for the different names is to distinguish which site it came from. If someone calls and asks for Charlie, they know it came from Backpage and they will target more ads on that site. If it is a mix, they will use both. If they get hits on "Jolie" they will target more Eros. None of them will ever have any reviews so this gives them credibility on which ones will be more "reliable" to get more out of an ad without reviews for future stings.
