Hello, I'm brand new to this, and i was wondering if there are any specific providers you recommend here in MPLS (incall).
I'v done some reading around and figured out generally how to do things in terms of setting it up, i was also wondering if there was anything specific i need to know going forward

Welcome to TER-ville!  It's a great little corner of the world.  We were all newbies at one point.

Start by spending a lot of time on the Newbie Board.

Then go to the Reviews tab, click on the Top 100 Providers drop-down menu, then the "View Top 100 in Minnesota" drop-down, and browse to your heart's content.  Start out by only seeing ladies who have been reviewed in TER by reviewers who themselves have a fairly established track record.  Also check out the "New Reviews" page, to which new reviews are added almost hourly.

On Fridays, watch for the Friday Shill threads.

Do your homework, see some great ladies, post some reviews, and you'll be well on your way to becoming a valued fellow-citizen of our fair burgh.  What you DON'T want to be is lazy and expect everyone to do your homework for you.

And, of course, be respectful--on the boards and with the ladies.  It'll repay you tenfold, I assure you (as a newbie less than two years ago myself).

Happy trails!

all of us pain in the asses who screen like hell?  I was hoping for someone to answer that question, so I could start giving that advice out to people who want but don't have references...

....sound off, Trinity!! :)

So...go ahead and let 'er rip!  :)

Tease!  Jeez, and I'm trying SO hard not to post so much.  I just have thoughts, and they come out!

Lol...

I started with a wonderful woman who saw me just on the basis of a great phone convo.  And from there it was easy.  But what if I been fixated on your amazing nipples and wanted to start with you?  It might never have happened, and, with those unattainable breasts still before my eyes, I would probably have wandered distractedly into the road and been run down like a love sick raccoon...  such is life.

OMG! It sounds like a lot of work lol.

Is the screening process, as when i was reading contact information from various providers they request 2 referrals. Although as i am new, i lack anyone to vouch for me. This was the primary thing i was wondering about....

Side note, my CC was denied due to it being an unauthorized transaction leaving me w/o VIP for tonight, but i will fix in the morning

1.  Check out the newbie board; lots of good info there
2.  Get the VIP membership so you can see the review details and have access to the PM system
3.  Spend some time learning how to use the search functions for both reviews and the discussion board so you can identify ladies you would be interested in seeing based on the criteria that matter most to you (ex: looks, menu, rates, etc.)
4.  Figure out what kind of verification the ladies you would like to see require and how you can meet those requirements.  Some ladies are very particular.  Others are more flexible.  It's OK to contact them about it if you are not sure; just remember to be discreet.  Any  explicit questions will likely get you disconnect or otherwise ignored.
5.  Some ladies advertise here or on other sites that they are newbie friendly; keep an eye out for that.
6.  Consider joining a site such as P411 that pre-screens potential clients.  Some escorts will accept membership in such sites as satisfactory verification.
7.  If you are still puzzled by something after having done research, please feel free to ask questions.  I think for the most part we are willing to help out so long as we think you are not just freeloading on what others have learned.
8.  Develop a bit of a thick skin; some people are going to be jerks regardless.
9.  If an ad or offer looks TGTBT, it's probably TGTBT.
10. If you find yourself in any situation that doesn't feel quite right, trust your instincts and walk away.
11. As a newcomer, stick with well-reviewed ladies.  It's harder when you are inexperienced to figure out who the legit providers are from the fakes and scammers when they don't have reviews.
12.  Google is very useful.  Searching on a phone number or other info from an ad in Google can sometimes save you a lot of grief.  Google Image Search is another very useful tool to search for other places where pictures in an ad are being used.
13. To help uncover ads that are using someone else pics Google Image Search and Tineye are useful tools.  Much better to find out ahead of time that the girl you are thinking of calling is using the pics from some porn star or model or that the pics have been used in ads from one side of the country to the other.
14.  Get an anonymous hobby email that is not through your work, school, or anything connected to your real life (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.) and use it for all your hobby email activity and for nothing else.  Be sure you include nothing that identifies who you really are when you create it.
15.  Get a prepaid phone that you use for nothing else other than hobby phone calls and pay cash for it and whatever refill minutes you buy.

The same questions keep getting asked every couple weeks, and it doesn't seem to do any good to say "read the newbie board." It's a  shame TER won't just sticky this response so we can use it over and over again.

I'm going to cut and paste to a file so I can use this as a generic response to the generic questions that keep getting asked by people who don't wish to do some research before posting.

That's exactly what I did!  And I think it is better to say you are new and ask for pointers than come on here like you know a lot when you don't.

Some great suggestions already posted, but here's a few more tips...

First, decide what kind of experience you are looking for.  That is key to seeking and finding providers who are compatible with your desires and expectations.  There's a wide variety of providers and experiences available in this area.

There are well-reviewed providers who require very little in the way of references.  So one way to get started is find 2-3 of those ladies, even if they don't offer the complete "menu" you might want (do your due diligence with reviews/photos etc. to up the odds for a positive experience), go see them, treat them well (goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway), and if you have a good experience see them 2-3 times until they know you well enough to be a reference for you (some might do it after just 1 visit, YMMV).  If you hit it off well with 1-2 of them, ask them if they would whitelist you on TER.  That makes referrals a little easier.

There are also providers who are "newbie-friendly" and will, for example, arrange with new clients a first date that is simply a meeting in a public place, e.g. a coffee shop.  You can each get to know each other in a safe environment.  Then if things go well, you might be able to take it farther then, or arrange for a 2nd date--the real thing.  These providers will often mention this policy on their ads/web sites or when you first contact them.

Good luck!

I'm pretty new and got some of the same great advice just ten weeks ago.  My advice is to follow the advice you get here.  It works.  As others have mentioned, joining a verification site is a big help when you first start.

Good luck
