Some minor misspellings and typos can bring about a good chuckle. A "distressing massage," anyone?

I've always felt that bad spelling is the fastest way to communicate that your are a dope.  Let's review a common spelling issue that comes up in reviews and on this board.  Maybe, through education, this problem can be reduced, if not eliminated completely.

If you are given a pleasant and relaxing rubdown by another person, that is called a MASSAGE!

If you send or receive some communication to or from another person, that is called a MESSAGE!

They are two different things and they are spelled differently.  You may wish to print this out and keep a copy near you computer for future reference.

There is no good reason to make people think you are a dope, unless you actually are a dope.

Thanks!

Spelling may not be the first thing on everyone's mind when they come to this site :)

i do not want to be a dope ...but i am curious as to what brought on the thread in the first place? there must have been some other thread that made 3 cups go off on "the dope"! can you enlighten the rest of us ? or do i have to search the past posts to find out what goes on before !!!

I am always amazed at the crazy misspellings in Backpage ads. Of course if you have a nice pic and provide good service who cares, right?  Then again, some uv use mite be having a coktale or too while we are posting our massages on the bored..hic

massage a message before delivering it and I've had a message delivered to me through massage.

Rarely does the misspelling create confusion.

Yes, after the "message" we did missionary and I was so good that she "shuttered."  That's right, I was so awesome that she got up and closed the protective coverings on her window.
