Not quite sure I can get the message but maybe it's just me

This is mainly for the providers, even though we don't get many responding, but what are our thoughts on grandfathered in rates. I asked that because I have one regular, who doesn't want to be reviewed on Tre, Queen creased her rates a couple months ago but since I seen her over a dozen times I was grandfathered in at her previous rates.
A second providers that I had seen may be seen 10 times also increased her rate this summer but neglected to tell me this and when I brought the regular rate she chastise me about her increase rate and not having enough money.
Soul providers whatever thoughts about this?

it's not something a client is inherently entitled to when a provider raises their rates. There is no set opinion on this particular topic; like many topics of discussion the primary answer will be "it depends".

There are providers who do not grandfather clients what-so-ever and it makes sense. There are providers who only grandfather in select clientele or those who have seen them a requisite number of times over a given period. There are providers who don't mention their raise in rate for a bit and then will gently tell you that the next time, the rate is "x". Everyone runs their business as they see fit.

I do believe clients should periodically check a person's website/rates, or at least check right before a visit. However, once a client becomes a regular, the likelihood of them consistently checking a website is slim. Therefore, personally, I'm of the school of thought that if I want to grandfather that client in, I'll let them know via email or in person.

I don't think you'll get an official ruling.  Every girl is going to decide on her own whether anyone gets grandfathered.  Personally I think seeing anyone regularly is courting disappointment as the service gets less and less due to the nature of comfortable relations.  I think it is better to keep it on a commercial basis, which means not having a long regular relationship.

Lester,
I agree to a point to what you are saying. I always think a provider falls is in one of the few areas for me.
1. The provider I would never see again. Either she was a ripoff, the services were not good, or we just didn't connect and I didn't have a fun time.
2. The provider that I've decided that I might see a couple of times. Whether that is a few times in the next couple of months or a few times in the next couple years is always up for debate.
3. The  high-end provider that I might see once for the experience but regardless of the outcome I know it's all one shot deal. Ie; traveling pornstar
4. The regular who I plan on seeing multiple times. How you break apart the length of those experience is key. Sometimes it might be months before seeing a regular again other times depending on circumstances it might be a few weeks. If things becomes stale or to complacent with a regular then I might stop seeing her all together or I might wait a year or two before trying again to see if the spark comes back.

When I see someone I have been seeing, I'm just going to schedule an appointment, not look through everything that she has put on the internet.  My experience is that far more providers grandfather in existing clients who are regular enough than the ones who don't.  But if she wants me to pay more then just tell me.  I've been there for that as well.

After they jerk off with Orville Redenbacher's while watching unauthorized surveillance footage, members of this vice squad maintain they paid you in full to their handlers while pocketing the difference.

This is may the best comment Ive read on TER in the last 10 yrs.

I have a grandfathered rate from a couple of gals, although they can always raise them. I think they are happy with the arrangement, remember they dont have to worry or spend time checking me out, nor pay for room basically stop by to see someone they feel comfortable with. Good deal for both.

There are about 3-4 girls I see on a somewhat regular basis. I just give them the same amount I have given them forever. I never check there site or pages or anything, I know how to get ahold of them if I want to see them. I did notice this summer that a few of them did increase there rates $50-100 which is fine good for them. But how many of you guys stalk your regulars websites to see if there rate is higher or lower or how much you should give them? You just see them like you always do.

… but I do check my regulars’ rates before each session (if they have published rates) in case there’s been a change.  And some providers include rates in boilerplate text in their email responses.

Is that your way of saying you are paying the published rate each and every time you see a provider to include those you have seen for years?
Never had one say that new rate does not apply to you?

But I have had providers offer to grandfather their rate for me or offer me a special rate/time they don’t advertise.
