Now if you are serious and are looking for an ATF for quickies and combining that search with BP/Cl or the like, you deserve everything you get, because you just insulted the perfect 10's you mentioned in this post.  Why, because it reads like they are perfect 10's but not worth the money for a longer date, so they should stoop to the 15 minute quickie and become your ATF.

There are quite a number of local ladies who are very reliable, especially for their regular guys.  Some will even cancel on a new client to fit a regular into the schedule.  

But many of us are seeking that new flavor of the month and thats where the frustration starts. Its all about what you are seeking - the thrill of trying some new pussy or the sure-thing and knowing you will be 100% satisfied every time.

Thats actually my point.  I'm suggesting thats a reason why even some of the well reviewed local ladies will flake out every so often. There was a few years ago a very popular local one that was hard to get in to see as a new client.  Even after I got on her schedule I would get cancellations initially when someone with deeper pockets or a reguluar who wanted an overnight called.  I learned that after comparing notes with one of those guys.  

My only point is regular relationships rank higher than some unknown sob looking for a quickie.

Most gals like regulars, they feel safe with someone they have seen before. Therefore most will juggle schedules to keep regulars happy. I prefer multi hour appointments which makes a difference too. My regular told me she canceled a guy she'd never seen before to hit the road and spend the night with me. That said she doesn't ncns the guys, she tells them in advance so they can make other plans.

There are girls in this town who are reliable and handle the logistical side of the business quite well.

It's so disheartening to hear that calls aren't returned when most RELIABLE EXPERIENCED providers
are talking about how slow it is.  Why aren't you calling the ones who keep appointments, keep donations reasonable, satisfy their customers, and have consistent GREAT reviews? hmmmmmmmmmmm

Well, I am on my way to Europe so I need something to distract me from the vision of crashing into the Atlantic ocean tonite with a bunch of strangers, however I have never ever sent an E-Mail in those circumstances you outline, and I wouln't call that situation an NCNS. An NCNS is when everything is arranged and finalized and then there is a no-show, by either side. It is very telling that you would generlize with that complaint however. I have been NCNS'd by 3 very well-reviewed people, one called later and explained, and because she did that it didn't bother me at all. I disagree about the reviews being a good way of avoiding NCNS, I think word of mouth is more reliable. You can't write a review where you give low marks for an NCNS, and there is a tremendous incentive to give only good reviews. So the reviews don't really Also, whenever there is an NCNS or somethign similar the client will inevitably be blamed and/or censured instead of the person who missed the appointment...because the client is in the most vulnerable position in the whole transaction. So I think one of the reasons there are so many NCNS, or not returning E-Mails, etc is because there really is no downside to the provider unless it becomes an epidemic with them, and their business reputation is totally destroyed (who was that blonde a few years ago...?). there will always be those who defend the provider...because they are the provider, and the client will be slammed as a slob because they are the client, and the only way you can really judge relaiability is by word of mouth. So...Caveot(sp?) emptor I guess...comes with the territoty. I agree though that the best way is to just find a relaible person and stick with them...then you both will be rewarded.
