Hi I just joined TER and i'm new to all of this. I'm looking for someone who does well with new clients. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

You don't say what you like so it is hard to advise.

I am also hesitant to start naming off ladies without you having some credibility much less a couple reviews up... But I know it is hard to get started as well. So search the reviews and find them yourself, there are lots! Any expierianced lady will likely be great with new clients. Be upfront and honest with her, whomever she may be, and you will likely have a great time. If you are not VIP, I think you can still find the info if you try. Read the discussions and look how many pages of reviews are up on a lady.

I would encourage you to go with someone a little more expierianced rather than a real young lady.

Since you just joined TER, get yourself to the newbies board, and read, read, read. Start with the newbies manual, and the first couple of pages of posts. You'll find a wealth of information there. Then, you'll probably want to join a verification site like Date-Check, Preferred411, or RS2K. That will make your first few encounters much easier. We were all rookies at one time, and without a helping hand, you can be easily discouraged at first. You may need to jump through a few hoops to get your first couple of dates under your belt. The other thing you may want to do is get involved in the discussions on this board, and the general and newbies boards as well. The more involved you are, the sooner the folks around here will begin to trust you. This is one hobby that takes a tremendous amount of trust, in both directions.

but I won't, for their safety. What I recommend, what I did when I was new, is to work through an agency. There are several who have been advertising on this board that have ladies visiting from out-of-town. Go back about three pages and you will find at least three of them. Work through them, they will screen you. Maybe meet a couple from the same agency. I don't recommend any of the local agencies, if there are any, go with the out of town.

There are some locals I have seen that don't screen, I don't know why they do that. Maybe you will get lucky with one or more of them if you happen to contact one of them. I would be careful, however.

You're so right, it would be in very bad form to start suggesting ladies who you think don't screen.  It is their choice of course, but you're protection of that choice is to be commended.  
All of the responses were great ones.  When you're new.... the best thing to do is research, read, and be ready for some rejection.  It's not personal.
And just to note, I am absolutely not newbie freindly.  I won't even accept employment verification.  I only deal in hand me downs.  And that suits me just fine.  

I love experienced hobbyists who know the ropes already.  Nothing turns me on more than knowledge and experience.  Which is why I get heated up reading these responses... whew.. guys... you really know how to get a girl going...  mmmmmm  (vibrator switch to on)
