Believe it or not, there are criteria that msut be met to post a mini:

Guess I screwed up, then, but as I mentioned in the mini I posted, when I clicked on Message Board Guidelines and scrolled down to the section on minis, the link to the Mini Review Guidelines was a dead link that does not connect. I just tried again. Still doesn't work for me. Someone really ought to fix that.

Boy I sure am glad they didn't include that rule about no mini postings if you have a third testicle.

I wonder though, as someone who has had reviews gradually dropped over the years (I assume due to providers that have retired or been dropped from the system for various reasons) does this mean that I cannot post a mini review since I only have one review in my profile at the moment even though I know I have posted at least the obligatory 5 reviews over the years?

...no not testicles...reviews. (I believe you if you say you have three testicles, no need to show us.) Next to your handle it says you have two reviews and when I click on that there appears your two reviews. Many reviewers have the number of reviews next to their handle reflect the actual number they have submitted yet when you look at their list, the number of reviews listed is less than the number next to their handles, due to those providers whose profiles are no longer available.

So, your case may be the exception and not the rule.

Yes. I have no way of knowing how many reviews you used to have.
