blood in semen is not a sign of getting old and could be a sign of more serious medical issues related to getting old.

Your client should see a doctor and not pass the blood of as getting old. It is no different than blood in urine or stools.

Question, does the more "volume" mean more intense or does it matter???

I saw a gentleman around 55ish, healthy, claimed to be a bio-chemist and when he came it was of course in a condom, sorry for ya bb guys NOT my form of risk taking and this is ONE good reason why...
so he came I looked and there was a small amount of blood in it, as I could see through the rubber, he saw I saw and I honestly don't remember the story but anyone else familiar with this. I swear he said it had a bit to do with age and it was more common than "we" know as it's, according to him NOT a serious matter just an aging thing??? Doctors out there who can answer??? I can always google it but what fun is that?

I'm not a doctor either, but I did see one a couple years ago when I had that happen -- I was in my early-mid 30's at the time.

My doctor told me that it's actually quite a bit more common than you might think...and that it's generally not a cause for concern, but to keep an eye on it.  In my case, it happened a few times over the course of 2-3 months, then resolved by itself.

If you are inclined to google it, it's called hematospermia.  It can be a sign of some problems, like high blood pressure, lesions on the urethra, and others...but my doc said it's often idiopathic (i.e., oftentimes the cause isn't determined).

So basically he told the truth, it could be an onset of a more serious condition but as he said his Dr. said not to worry either. Hmmm very interesting, the human body that is.

If he had a prostate biopsy (yes, it is NO fun!) done in the last couple of months, that could also be a reason.  Takes a long time for the 12 snips of the procedure to heal.  
Probably nothing, as it can happen to any age adult male.  But when it is that noticeable, hopefully he gets it checked out.

Volume is more likely a result in  the time since the mans last orgasm.  
The longer he can wait between pops, the larger the load. or at least that has been my experience.  

But on the other hand if it's been a long time since he had a release, I'm sure he enjoyed it a lot!

For me a large volume means an intense climax but smaller ones may or may not be less intense.  At a guess, it has to do with how it went with the lady; the more she is into it, the more likely I will have an intense climax even if the volume is not so large.

Having been there, the reason could be that the gentleman just had a biopsy of his prostate gland.Given his age,this could be what happened.

Answering the first question.  Volume for me is directly related to the time our of commission, between last release and does slightly correlate with intensity.  That being said, if I hold out for a longer period of time during a session, the intensity and volume will go up as well!

That is it for me as well.... And I think it has to do with what kind of day I had as well, which is probably a factor in how well the appointment goes. But if I have gone a week or ever several days without and been anticipating a great appointment all day, you will likely get a load!

I don't really know but I think the supply is determined several weeks in advance. So if a man has a lot of "activity", his body is probably geared to produce more.

it gets even more interesting with age if you've had a vasectomy.  Sometimes the sperm fills up in a sack called a spermatocelle.  It can get so big it seems like a third testicle.  At that point, all the volume is the prostate, and good prostate massage at the same time can make a pretty good shot...
... and of course anticipation of an appointed meeting adds to the volume.

... at least so I hear...

As for blood, I think any guy would want that checked... the thought of something turning into the loss of our favorite appendage tends to get our attention.
