Thank you for realizing that one ever knows someones actions (example: me pausing my site)unless they know that persons situation. What is worse is to assume the reasons and affect their business by posting their own ignorant paranoia about it, thus affecting someone else's business. I am absolutley appauled by the fact that just because I paused my site because (whoever you are) made assumptions about why I did so.
First: Nobody "hacked" my info, someone had my TER login up on their computer and posted photos on the board w/out my permission...NOTHING to do with my site. I would'nt have cared but a friend of mine was posted with her face showing which was not desired.
Second: I did pause my site due to all the unsettled mess. Although, I believe this is all a stupid and unneccesary waste of time and tax dollars, I am a student and mother with a lot to lose. So, yes I mostly see only friends. In the matter that many of you have changed user names/removed reviews, you would think it would be understandable.
Third: I have a new, updated site coming soon and hope you will all be there to check it out!
Still around and doing well!!!
Thanks! Let's continue to have fun! This is exactly what they wanted to happen.

When I made that post, I specifically said that I was assuming that the particular sites (including yours) were taken down for precautionary reasons. I was simply trying to point out that our hobbying community has been turned upside down and inside out, and wanted to know how people were handling the new environment. There was no malice, ill will, or ulterior motive present. None. Zip. Nada. Actually to the contrary, I thought that listing well reviewed, popular providers would underscore my point about how the hobbying scene had been affected. You were on that list because you are someone that I happen to be interested in, and I happen to believe that you (along with the other ladies I listed) are extremely beautiful, and are among the gems we have here in the twin cities.
People make posts here all the time that ask questions like "what happened to so and so's site" or "what happened to so and so - she hasn't posted any ads." I honestly did not see how my post was any different than those. And rest assured if I had thought for a SECOND that my post would have been so negatively received, I wouldn't have posted it. In fact I tried to edit it (to no avail) after reading "lovetopost's" negative response to it before it was removed. Ultimately, there was a way to make my point without using names.
That being said, I do humbly apologize for any bad feelings I have caused. No doubt this whole situation has been like a punch in the gut for everyone. Please believe me when I say that I was not trying to add to the consternation, but rather to start a discussion to help make some sense out of it.
Alissa - just saw your new site (it was referenced on your "old" site.) Even though it is under construction - all I can say is WOW. Re: The 1st pic of you from the new photo shoot ...with the thigh highs...are you kidding me? I know you're probably not in a hurry to see me, but that is one of the hottest pics I have seen on a provider site in a loooong time.

If there was a list of providers that have their websites paused, dunno if I was on it, but mine is right now.
I'm also not seeing any new boyfriends at this time.
How many rocket scientists need to know WHY that is without trying to guess and start rumors? Jeezus!!
Let's think a little bit.....why WOULD that be?
Maybe some of us don't want to bring any attention to ourselves right now, maybe some are revamping their website, maybe... who knows? YOU don't so STFU!
Just because our sites are paused does NOT mean anything bad happened. Man.....
Let's just get back to playing and watching movies responsibly like we always have done.
We all miss seeing each other, and are a little stressed and testy because of all of the events that took place.

With all due respect, you should really heed some of your own advice. You have no idea what I wrote, yet you feel it necessary to make assumptions as to the intent of my post and tell me to STFU?? Since you admittedly did not SEE the post, why even bother commenting? Just so you know, my original post was not to draw attention to websites that were paused or off-line. The mention of some sites that were gone was not AT ALL the point of my post. Rather, my point was to:
1. State the obvious, that the hobbying scene here is seriously FUBAR. As part of making that case, I mentioned a few sites that were paused or gone to help underscore that point. It wasn't anything any regular hobbiest wasn't WELL aware of. Hell, the boards have been a graveyard since early June. And if you choose to HAVE a website and advertise it here, you shouldn't be surprised if someone mentions the fact that it is down or paused. You can't have it both ways.
2. Ask what precautions people were taking (if any) even with well reviewed providers. i.e. is there any "odd" behavior, red flags, etc. that anyone is looking out for? NO rumors were started, nothing was implied, and you were NOT on the list.
The funny thing is I figured that someone would make that leap, so I SPECIFICALLY posted with a giant, all caps DISCLAIMER that I was not implying that I thought that these providers were in trouble, but rather they were just taking extra precautions in light of what was going on....as well they (and we all) should be.
Ironically, like 10 people saw this post on Saturday before it was pulled. I was content to let the thread die because it apparently hit a nerve. Alissa had every right to comment because she actually SAW the post, and I tried to explain my intent and apologize to her in a previous post. But I am not going to sit here and let people make this into something that it most certainly was not.
I am hereby going back to having fun...unless of course anyone else wants to chime in...

You are correct, I did not read your post, so I DO apologize for telling you to STFU. I was pissed off at rumors and was using that for everyone in general, and it sounded like it was directed to you--sorry.

I'm sorry newbieguy42, I don't want to start anything, but anytime you post stuff like this, (even with a disclaimer) people read it and associate it with the name of the provider and it hurts her business. Rumors always spread like wildfire, whether we want them to or not.

I just want to warn the guys on this board about Alissa. Twice i made appointments with her, only to have her disappear the next day. She even turned off her phone entirely. She never even had the professionalism to contact me to cancel. Maybe she's gotten her act together now, but after I complained, now she wont see me. She will probably write back on here and somehow twist the whole thing around and say i',ma psycho (whatever), but I deal in facts. And the facts are on my side. As I say, maybe now shes changed. but if she had, she'd allow me to see her. It's interesting that these girls can NCNS, but if a guy does it, they will blackball and vilify him to the end of the earth. Not really fair.
I do not agree with NCNS on EITHER side! That's just plain disrespectful!
We all have cell phones, and all it takes is one minute.
Their time is just as important as ours, so we should have the decency to respect that.

Anyone who ever had a NCNS (which hasn't happened in many months now) knows the situation and that the proper resolution was made a while back. It's all on the board....
