I took a few excerpts from your post so that I could better answer the questions you've raised,,,

Now as to who can post and who is banned....

-- Everyone and anyone who has a TER account can post on this board, I am not holding or refusing to approve anybody's posts based who they are - every post is approved according to it's content, not who authored it!

-- Moderators have nothing to do with members being banned or unbanned from TER! Staff is the only one who Bans members.
  I'm not even told who or why someone has been banned, I find out the same way everybody else does,,, when I notice someone missing! However, I can contact Staff directly and ask if they are banned or not and usually he'll tell me.
  As a rule, People don't get banned for things they do or say on the boards - They get moderated, but not banned. Banning occurs mainly due to review fraud, Which can be anything from a provider submitting reviews for herself, to a member getting caught posting false reviews to gain free VIP access. Someone can also be banned for having multiple TER accounts, or sending threatening emails to TER.
But they don't get banned by me! (or Misty, WTF??)

Rev. Jesse Jackson felt the need to bring up the fact that Mandy's website says she doesn't see Black men & she is a Racist.
I am a Black Man & I Don't call Mandy a Racist.
I Believe she has the right to choose, as we all do, it's not as if she says she will see Black men and Charges them more, had that been the case then yes I would call her a Racist.
I simply believe the Moderating of the Twin Cities Board is Horrible.. One should not be able to bad mouth another person on a public form, if someone has a problem with another person why not start by emailing that person before bringing it to a public form...
I guess I should just stick my head in the sand like so many others... but I'm not that way, when I feel someone is wrong I let them know it, & posting this " NO Black Men " Crap is Wrong to me... and I would like to see a major change in how this board is run.

All I see is that Rev Jackson asked a question about Mandy because he saw it on her website..Mandy gave him a great answer back sooo.... no harm no foul. I really don't see what this has to do with any moderation issues on this board...

So what is the question that needs to be brought up on this board?
If Mandy has the right to see who she so chooses?
If we're taking a vote on what Mandy can & cannot do?

The Single Purpose of this Post was to Bring Negative Attention to Mandy - That's Harm & Foul.
I am Simply Stating the Fact that I am a Black Man that Respects Mandy for being Open about not seeing Black Men, I also believe a True Moderator would View this as a Potentially Harmful Post & Not Allow it to Fire Up Just as it Has, Very few of TER's other boards EVER have any type of Crap on them like this. What I am most upset about is the fact you allowed someone to post a quote from another person's website about her personal preference in men, specifically Black men, Voicing that I am a Black man makes me no better or worse than anyone else, I am simply stating a fact that it does NOT Offend me, in America we have that right, the right to be selective, the right to choose, Agree or Disagree with me I believe the Original Post by Rev. A Provider Came to this board to let people know she has set a date for incall.
Someone felt the need to bring up the fact that she has a statement about her personal preference in me, this happened to be Black men.
Personally I don't agree with allowing that to be posted on this or any other Board, it could taken the wrong way, as she was a racist for instance.
Please remember we ALL make personal choices everyday, right wrong, popular not popular it doesn't matter, everyone has the right to make personal choices.

The post went straight to the board because it came from an unmoderated source (most people on the TwinCities board are unmoderated) THEN I read your responses in the moderator bin where all new members start out. So I put your posts unedited on the board. Then I find Mandy's reply in the moderator file, She was on moderated status (not my doing BTW!) for a TER policy infraction of not having the TER seal on her homepage, and for posting too many times per week (Very minor things, that she quickly adjusted to, so I unmoderated her) So I then unmoderated YOU so everyone was on equal ground and figured you would all just hash it out among yourselves,,, BUT it keeps spilling over into a Misty war, or an attempt to bend over Ben Dover! AND Little effort was put into arguments against Rev.Jackson's statements! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THIS WAS!
But atleast it provided an oppertunity for you to get some of your questions answered about how things work around here........

At least it rolled some of last weeks stale old drama off the the first page of the board.......

Now, we can get back to really important things, like "Where the girls at?"

Actually I am fortunate enough to be able to call my own shots in life, I also keep the TER window open in the corner set to auto refresh on most days.
