I've written to TER help a few times and gotten no response so I'm hoping maybe some gals on here might know something.  

First, do I need a paid membership to get on the Providers only board? It just says to contact the help desk to request access but that's not working.  

Also, are we limited to what region we can post in?

Now that you have a review use your email to go in and claim your profile.
That will connect you to your account here.  
You can post anywhere - sorry though ai am not a provider  
Once you have claimed your profile you can DM people here and also read the review you received.
