When I first got started in this venture, I was a tad self-conscious about having a meeting with someone that was close to my son's age (21 at the time). That went away in short order. I had (past tense) similar mental issues with meeting someone my father's age at first.
To directly answer your specific question, I personally have no issues with meeting "younger guys". When I have, they specifically requested a "mature, more experienced" woman. All meetings so far have gone very well, and I don't mind teaching. I've been somewhat surprised that mature men have shown more "exuberance" in meetings than the young studs. ~LMAO~
