I once heard this referred to as the "Great Northern" method, ie pull out on time.
Nice thought, but I concur with the above posts.

One of the first things I do after walking in the door and exchanging greetings is pull out the envelope and place it where she's asked it to be placed, or on a table or counter in plain sight if she's not stated any preference for where it should go.

The pull out method can potentially be as effective as a condom, but requires more self-control than most guys have. And researchers have found that pre-cum contains some semen. And of course the pull out method is useless for avoiding STDs.

While it is very hard to get pregnant without careful fertility planning - it is not fool-proof that pulling out would work. If you get a girl on her fertile day, you're fucked. I know girls who are so fertile they get pregnant even on BC.

A condom will not protect you from HPV yes a condom can help. But if there is any skin on skin you are getting HPV. A guys balls slapping on that pussy a BBBJ pelvic rubbing pussy slide. Yes, you are right that HPV can be transferred when someone has contagious genital warts. But otherwise most viruses are caught from fluid exchange.  

And yes, you are right that "stripper slide" still transfers stds mostly because it's a fluid exchange just the same as penetration.  

Bbbj has little risk of transferring any viruses unless one partner or both has open wounds/warts/etc.

I'm not sure who you're referring to as "you" but it sounds like you have a disdain for women in this industry believe it or not, we educate ourselves and take precautions - or at least many of us!
