An old retired sailor puts on his old uniform and heads for the docks once more for old times sake.  He engages a prostitute and takes her up to a room.  He's soon going at it as well as he can for a guy his age, but needing some reassurance, he asks, "How am I doing?"

Life can be brutal or paradise depending on what side you're looking at... and if someone has a beautiful experience then let them have the dream they seek... isn't that what we all are after anyway... to have a little bit of fantasy, a reprieve from the dull daily grind.  That is the Beauty of a PROFESSIONAL girlfriend.  To give you what you desire when you want it.  Don't look to closely or ask to sincerely for TRUTH.  As Jack Nicholson said in his movie line... "You can't handle the truth!"  So thank GOD we don't rate the men... KISSES

I have met wonderful, careing and beautiful souls thru the profession.  It has been my pleasure to mold my personality to fit the situation and give fantasy.  I think it is a gift to be able to impart passion, sexuality, fantasy, kinky and sometimes compassion. It hasn't always been a match and I except that and I am glad to know there is variety of PGF's to make up for my short comings.

So we all can take a chill pill... no system of rating will ever be devised to take into account for all the tastes of the fine gentlemen that visit this board.  Hopefully they can just keep an open mind of reviews and balance them knowing we all have off days and we have SPECTACULAR days when we shine.

I like everything you said-- I like your comment about keeping an open mind about the reviews --I agree 100%- I think we all have great days and some not sooo great-- and we all probably have gents we click with and ones we dont!! And also,, not all gentleman even want to post!! I know a lot of them, for what ever reason, prefer to leave the encounter between himself and the lady!! I think the reviews have helped to weed out RIPOFFS and BAIT AND SWITCH operations! And I think that is great!! I dont think we should get in a big tizzy about them and just keep it all relevant!!!-- My first and several other reviews SUCKED!!!! ANd the phone still rang!!! I truly believe that a real man will take a review with a grain of salt ,,and if he really wants to see a girl--he will do so and decide as a man his own set of ratings!!! I also agree that the system was put in place to weed out the not so nice parts of the business and I believe it has done that-- I do not think it is perfect,, but hell!! what is??!! I DO NOT agree with the performance rating system at all-- because a lot of men do not want any of the things required to get a 10!!!! --- but,,, in their mind it was a 10 performance-- I DO NOT think that there should be a set of things a provider should HAVE to do to receive a 10 - (BBBJ,GREEK,etc..)--- UNLESS we want a set of things we should LOOK LIKE to receive a 10 !!!!  ((CAN YOU IMAGINE!!! I think it is all in the eyes of the beholder and that is the sheer --( or should be )the sheer beauty of the system--- just my thoughts OUTLOUD!!!! I agree with the "fun" idea, but let us not forget the other uses for this board. There is nothing wrong with expressing an opinion and having a discussion about a topic that is not "light" or "frivilous."

To Tiger - my post was only a joke and not a reference to providers at all. If you read that into it - you went way to deep!!! I thought it was funny and relevant with all the very deep discussion on reviews that was going on.

To Tuz - the joke was intended to bring more fun into this  conversation.

To Lisa - I think your post was the most relevant. This is what the board is for. As I travel and read the boards of the areas I travel through - the boards are usually only advertising and are very boring. At least in the TC area - we can have spirited discussions, see a good joke as well as learn about the different provider specials and travels. It is for all of us to pass on information we feel the community can use and seek opinions and thoughts from others - regardless of the depth and breadth of the topic.

To all else enjoy the converstaions and partake if you choose - isn't that what a board is for??

This forum is meant for meaningful discussions. When was the last time there was something up on the Board when we had many people checking in, posting their thoughts, etc.?

TER is not perfect, the rating system is not perfect, it will never be perfect but my post (as somewhat of a devil's advocate) was to get people to think about possibly improving TER and this hobby.

Does anyone want this Board to be strictly an advertising area for local and national ladies? Or a place for the guys to say, "hey this gal is really good, you should check her out."?

Yes, I agree, let's have fun. Sometimes, I just have to think with both of my heads.
