Where have you all been looking for provider ads?
There’s here, obviously, as well as the other popular site which was raided (sorry, my posts are moderated so I cant say specific names). I’ve used the site that’s constantly accused of trafficking since the beginning of my career and I’m really thrown by the latest change in posting requirements, namely the inability to have an ad title. I know people get down on that site, but with proper screening I’ve bet some of the most awesome clients from there. Anyone looking at other sites? I know there are some minor/scraper sites that I’m not really interested in. Just trying to get a general sense of where the market is moving. Thanks!I look at that site occasionally and was kind of wondering what was going on, it is just phone numbers, no real copy to speak of, or even a name, just a phone number and some pictures. Seems very odd to me.
I personally will look here, eros and I am kind of hoping Slixa gains some traction too.
I think if names are not included in that site, then we can't use that site as a reference site when we post a review on this site because I think this site requires that the provider's name appear in the provider's ad or website. Don't know if it's intended or not?
TER has a general rule that the ads listed in a review must have the name of the provider in the ad.
For my part, I use TER and P411. I may run across an ad that piques my interest on another site but that alone wouldn't be enough.

And by TER I don't mean just ads. I've discovered some wonderful providers by checking reviews that pop up, also through their posts here. (As was discussed in a recent thread, posting on your local discussion board is a good way to be more visible to prospective clients.)

Is Slixa a webcrawler too?
It does not seem to be good at removing sites of providers who have left.
But I still tend to use bp a lot. I check the phone numbers to see what comes up; obviously, a TER review or presence is preferable. I also occasionally look at adult search or Eros. Twitter helps me figure out what a provider's personality is like, so I can match myself with more compatible ladies. As for TER ads, they're not especially helpful to me, because I already know who most of the local ladies are.
If I think about the market as a whole in Minneapolis/St.Paul, I think the market has definitely moved to TER/Eros/P411 & Twitter. After the issues with BP, there has been a continuous increase in site traffic stemming from those four sites specifically.
I keep track of my analytics & sit down once a month to determine where to continue investing funds (best traffic/return traffic/bookings) and where to cut funds off. I typically give an advertising venue three to four months before I make a decision. At this time, I can continue to justify paying for Eros & P411 ads since they generate "x" percentage of my income along with Twitter, TER, & Indy Companion. With Slixa, it's just blah. It's been phenomenal on the East Coast and in Canada but here, I feel like I'm throwing money away. However, clients that travel from major Slixa cities do check Slixa here so it is worth the investment I think to have a basic ad. Then again, everyone's advertising and marketing are different. That's the hard part of being an entrepreneur though; you have to spend money to make money.
Also with marketing, I have found that altering ad copy for certain ad venues is relevant and necessary. The way I write my ad copy for Eros is somewhat different than what I do here. Sometimes altering ad copy depending on the venue can shift things positively (or negatively) as well.
Anywho, I think this part of the business is fun; the marketing/advertising and statistics behind it. Then again, I love research so this appeals to me. If you ever want to talk shop, let me know. I'm always down to chat with and get to know colleagues!

BP seems to have a mix of telephone number only and titled ads.
I read on the general forum that ladies are making pictures of their text on BP so they can say whatever they want in the form of a picture.
That started almost as soon as BP implemented the changes. Question is will BP crack down on that as well.

I use Google image to see whos picture their using
I use Ter for reviews and service
I use List Crawler / Escort Babylon for reviews comments length of active account Pictures Info/Stats
I use Live Escort Reviews to see if anyone new updated or posted
I use Escortcafe just because for some reason the girls look hotter
I use Skip the games for me it's starting to become more popular
I use USA Sex Guide because they sometimes have more information no the BP girls
I use MinneapolisEscortList again to see who is active and what services are offered
Slixa is coming up more and more
Then there's a number of one-offs for any other reviews I can find
