It's come up with in the past and there occasionally been a provider who has discussed having outdoors encounters. But I suspect it happens in the context of an established provider-hobbyist relationship.
About 15-20 years ago a local provider and I went hiking together. Even though not on the agenda I was kind of hoping for a snog at a fairly private spot near the turnaround point. Kisses, her hand down my pants and a smile was all I got that day (other than a totally enjoyable hike with her) though the next session with her totally made up for it.
Many of the FKK's in Europe have outdoor areas and some have outdoor private rooms. If it's pretty dead some gals will do it in the pool or other outdoor area.
