to modify your Rates page on your website to NOT read....  "see my reviews on TER"

and also on the Links page, to remove the TER link.

and on the About Me page to remove the link to TER on there.

If you write them but don't remove mention of TER from your website, that is linked to your TER profile, then perhaps they don't think your requests are serious?   I don't know, but that would be my thoughts as to why they have not delisted your profile here.  

But anyway, So then, After you have removed all mention of TER from your website.....then click on the Problem Report link on your profile.....and ask them to remove your website link and phone number from your profile.   They SHOULD do THAT if you ask.    
After those two things are removed. then click on the Contact Customer Support Link, give them your ID number, tell them you have removed your website and phone number from your profile and you want your entire profile completely removed from the TER site.


That's what I WOULD DO, if after writing them numerous times has failed to produce the result I  wanted.
