I've always heard (including from previous moderators) that moderators have no control over the review side of TER.  So why ask Puck about this?  Shouldn't you express your concern to TER Staff?

I have no credible information that tells me she was banned. Admin has been told about it and will look into it. Nobody is told why a given individual was banned, as a rule, or even if they were banned as opposed to being delisted. Providers are sometimes delisted at their request due to personal issues, stalkers, etc. Hobbyists do nobody any favors by mentioning them here - part of avoiding stalkers is not having their name here where it can be found through a search engine.

If it turns out this provider was delisted for some reason this thread will disappear. People who insist on discussing banned/delisted providers often enjoy the same fate.
