If a lady is already charging a high end price ( this is coming from a guys words I've read before) to be an independent & ask for tips is a bit much, this excludes misc. gifts like wine or perfume .  
$150 base is high for a massage however if you figure in what's offered  like for me by example,  you're getting a better deal than being upsold the whole time and that's exactly what I did in the amp's I've worked at. It's not fun to hem haw in negotiations during what is supposed to be quiet time.

A FS AMP in town will pretty much expect 40 for HJ, 40 more for BJ and 40 more for FS.  That's just a general rule and that's here.

I love a good massage and will melt for just someone good at touch and cuddling but i am always confused as to if you wait to tip for the service to be over and they do nothing extra in your mind that is "tip worthy" you will never get anything in the future.......if you tip in the beginning and are expecting something then how does the provider know how to respond.  
A good therapeutic massage can be received for 50. 00 to 60.00 so i have a hard time paying for a mediocre massage even if the women is dressed well or nude for 150.00 with nothing other than teasing.
 Please do not read this as cheap i would gladly pay for a service but in a "parlour" where does the negotiations happen so both parties are happy???

Idk about other gals.  
For me I just took the stupid guesswork out of it to save us from awkward negotiations and so on.  
I suppose that's why some have tiered rates .

I charge the same for GFE or massage or dinner dates. Some might think that's crazy due to different expectations but it works for me and the guys I see ... However the massage ends and the dinner date goes we are both happy. So I guess in the end ... I am always GFE just depends on whether you get a massage, a dance, or conversation or all of the above.

If you're talking about a massage by an attractive woman in optional (paid) states of undress, from what I've been told, they are typically getting $15-$20 from the parlor from the base, and all of the extra for the level of undress. A reasonable tip - my view anyway - is $20-40.
