Brother, I feel your pain. Most of us have had some bad runs of luck as well, but I think it's best to call it just that, bad luck (crummy timing) etc... I really didn't see anything flaky about most your experiences.

So you canceled on Jess and now she doesn't want to see you. I don't think that it's necessarily great business, but I wouldn't call it flaky.

Poppy was heavily booked. Nuthin flaky (or surprising) about that.

Tiffany is having surgery. She even announced it here so everyone would know. Again not flaky.

We have a few ladies named Lacy, but most don't list LFK or DFK as a service offered, so unless the one you saw listed it and then didn't offer it, I don't see anything flaky with her actions either.

Casey: Okay, not even going there. Not Flaky.

Ashley: You got me on that one. I don't know her and there may be an amazing story, but what you described is textbook flaky.

Don't let one flake turn into a blizzard in your mind. I can list at least 20 other ladies in this town that would have you singing a way different tune.

Maybe to tone of your rant comes across in your communications. Maybe they read your reviews whoever you are) and don't like what they see (before or after setting a time). And you do know that references are sometimes checked after setting up a time, right? Maybe they're not happy with what they hear. IDK ... are you mainly ranting because of being turned down??

All I see in you rant is one "flaky" experience.
How does that translate to "[all] the providers in this town ... ?"

I don't know if I've dealt with any flakes.  The most frustrating thing for me is to just get someone to pick up the phone.  Once I've actually been able to talk with someone and make an appointment, I haven't had any real trouble.  I think you can chalk it up to just having a bad string of luck.  

But most of the behavior you describe is anything but flaky.  You just hit a streak of bad luck.

That's the attitude I take, and it prevents a lot of frustration.  Providers are real people with real lives like all of us--things come up.  Appreciating that and letting them know that generates good will and good referrals, I believe.

Does seem like you have had your share with some established ladies lately though!  I admit sometimes you do have to wonder.  

However, good thing you posted under an alias because I do not think ladies will see you in a favorable light when you post a slew of names on the board.   Especially since several of them did nothing wrong.

The TC providers I've spent time with have been fun, intelligent, articulate and ohh.. hot and talented too!

I understand that you're disappointed.  I even feel your pain a little.  I don't get your need to "name names". It was completely irrelevant to the telling of your story and the point you were trying to make.  It's not cool, in my humble opinion.

His frustration is clear and even understandable. The little head wants what it wants when it wants it, and cares little for reasons why it can't have it.

With one arguable exception, no provider acted in a manner other than professional and appropriate. Even then, there was no NCNS.

On general principles, though, using Poppy's name for any reason other than to say how swell she is, is just tacky. Reminding us that she is low volume, and won't bend her rules to squeeze in another date when she is already booked, just makes me want to see her again.

Not that I need an excuse.
