I still see in ads and communication; it's still being asked, are you a cop or law enforcement? I thought that died out many years ago because it does not matter when it comes to a bust. It's like my lawyer telling me, "I don't care if her driver's license says she was 23" "She's 18, and you're going down if you're caught."
You can still find reviews where the providers insists the client touch her breasts or she touch his genitals in the coirrect belief that cops can't do that.
And I bet these thing will still be around 10-20 years from now.

I remember that too although at the time I thought it was due to the police doing more than was needed to justify the arrest. I have a hard time thinking that all a provider has to do to detect a cop is have him touch her genitals because a cop won't do it.
I think it definitely puts LE in a tough position to bust a provider. The provider can just do a normal clothed massage session if the 'client' doesn't make the initial contact and still keep the money. If LE does make initial contact by touching the provider private parts, then they can make a similar case as mentioned in the article. it becomes a catch 22 situation. The worse they can do is charge them of operating a business without proper license or some code violation. On the other hand, the risk is still out there for the guys. But things may change if too many massage spots start popping up, then LE will need to take action. Right now they are just distracted with all the protests and trials going on.
