This question is inspired by a review I read that made me just shudder.  "The room was the worste I have expieriance and should have left because the expieriance was no better....she led me into this filthy little room with plastic in one corner with brown liquid frozen on it. I pointed it out and she said that was from the roof leaking and that looked like a legit explanation."  Um, by the way it's NOT my review!!  LOL!!!

So to be on the POSITIVE now:  Who has the nicest incall in the twin cities area?  Please only respond if you have seen at least 5 or more ladies at their incall.

What makes an incall nice?  How much does it matter?

PLEASE do not reveal in any way where your favorite ladies have their locations!  Be general about location, and even about specifics of their incalls.  I know one lady who's boyfriend does not know she is an escort and a description of the sensual picture in her bathroom would be a dead giveaway!  LOL.  So say "pictures" or "paint" but not colors or specifics.  Feel free however to name names, I'm sure your ATF's will appreciate it!

One of the best I have been in for travel was Arielle_Lace's incall with a fireplace going it made for a great enviroment.

For local ladies I really liked WineYouWendy's old incall, I have not yet made it to her new location.  The view from her place was great, day or night and the interior decor was also very nice!  She makes quite the centerpiece, no?!

The location does have a little influence on my choice.  If through reading reviews it appears to be dingy and dirty I won't go there.  Safety of location also matters to me and the thought of others in the room makes me move on as well.

No Kids or anyone else being hidden...PLEASE!

I really wonder about some of the ladies that have some pretty good reviews, and then someone writes all she had was a mattress on the floor. Then it goes saying it was a friends apartment. I wonder how many other times this happens and know one mentions it?

Since I started offering incall, I chose to do so downtown Minneapolis. I love the Foshay, Chambers, Graves and some others that I stay at regularly (so, I will not reveal the names of those hotels). I enjoy a spacious room with modern décor. I love a nice skyline view, as well. I prefer a hotel that does not have a key access elevator only, as I believe those provide poor customer service to my friends. The downside is that if a provider would like to offer incall during the week, she will easily pay $200 to impress her clients with a nice hotel (and from your post above, how dare she try anything else  . If she can only book one appointment at an hourly rate of $300, she leaves with $100 for the day. Oh, but wait…she has to pay for parking, condoms for the day, a pedicure, etc. A provider can secure a hotel incall for a lower rate on Fridays and Saturdays, although those days are not very popular with the Minneapolis hobbyist I have encountered. Even some hotels in the western suburbs (I’ve done the research) are about $200 during the week…and this is the Priceline rate!! Also, some clients like to book in between checkout and check-in forcing a provider to book two days for incall…$400-$500. So, while I do understand a provider with a low budget incall is not providing the ambiance some clients desire, at least she might be making some sort of profit from offering incalls…and ultimately, the client is able to see her.

With that said, I offer a discount to MN locals who book outcall appointments with me. Perhaps, with the discount, they may choose to secure the location for us to have a fabulous time pleasing each other in various ways. BTW, when my friends secure hotels, I am fine with 3 star, as I am not that bourgeois when I enjoy the company of my old friends. An ATF saw me at the Super 8 (and he is a classy gent)…seeing him is enough for me to not care about whether or not I’m in a 4 or 5 star hotel! More than enough.

A nice incall is a safe location, a clean place, and as much as possible sexy and romantic setting.

A bad location would be one that is in an area that does not look safe or discrete, dirty or messy, or difficult to find.  

I have left incall locations that I did not like.  One time because the people in the area looked like gang bangers, another because the house had boarded up windows, and another simply because I could not find the address.  I go by the philosophy that if anything does not look right, "I am out of there!"
It's just not worth the risk.

Bianca and Hilary for both location and atmosphere. Of course the company made it extra special.

Mia's (BellaMia) place is unlike any other, full of art (hers) and interesting decorative objects from her travels.  Plus it's centrally located, secure, easy parking and very comfortable.

Sweet April's is very warm, comfortable, and inviting.

And Bridget's place....well...with that pole, how can you go wrong?  !!!!!

What can you say about a hotel room?  Really, not much, no matter how upscale it is.  Yes, it can be comfortable and posher than what most ladies might offer, but it's still institutional...and that applies even to the very best, and I've been there.

I agree on Sweet April and Bridget.  Another one that is quite nice is Kayla's.

My vote would be for Wendy's and Francesca's.  Both for the "view," the ambiance and the company.

I think the question was intended to ask who had a nice permanent incall location.  Somewhere that is personalized and secure and where you don't have to deal with all of the scurity challenges and the issues that you describe in hotels, but good comments anyway.

You said you are NOT bourgeois when you see old friends?  It makes sense that you are not bourgeois (French for mediocre or commercialized) when seeing someone new, but I would think you want that all the time, to NOT ever be bourgeois right?  Not trying to offend, but I have been thinking of giving you a call and, just not used to seeing escorts say they are not very bourgeois, so hoping to clarify!  

Anna Rae and Yosodarha both have nice spots. They are in busy areas where a guy doesn't stick out.

Lauren and Sam share a spot in the burbs that is very nice.

at least a 4 star hotel downtown or in the area for under 120, especially if you do a Priceline bid for that level.  

my primary pet peeve with those using lower price hotels is that they tend to run out of fresh towels and as someone that always likes a fresh shower upon arrival sometimes thats a problem - a big one to me.  I know some providers, the  local ones anyway that do incalls out of hotels, will pack extra towels from home in a suitcase they bring with so they don't have to ask housekeeping for extra ones.  (some will bribe the maid with a $20-50 tip to leave extra ones)

What is your trick for finding cheaper rates? I just did a search on Priceline for hotels in downtown for tonight. The rates I found are below. If you would care to PM me and let me know your secret to finding high quality hotels in downtown Minneapolis during the week for less than $120, I would love to know! Thanks hun, Giamarie

So you don't get to pick the exact hotel but the level and area.  So if you go in and bid 120 for a 4 star hotel in Downtown Mpls, you should get into one of those you listed.  Weekends for even less.  It will vary depending on whether there are a big business events going on.  The trick with Priceline bidding though is you only get one shot at it usually.  Every once in awhile they while though, if they deny your bid, they will come back and tell you what you can bid to get it.  For example if they don't take the 120, they might say u can have it for 150.  Still a better deal.  However, they might just deny it altogether.  They will let you rebid only if you either expand the area geographically (say Downtown plus West Burbs) or if you add a lower level (add 3 stars plus the 4 stars) and rebid.  They generally do not let you just bid a higher amount.

Unless I am determined to stay at a specific hotel for some reason (say the Radisson because they have Sleep Number beds, or because you want to be within walking distance of the convention center) this is the only way I book hotels now.  Has saved me a ton of money.

Today, I was thinking about securing a location for Monday's incall via Priceline's bid option. Then, I realized once I put in a bid, I may be bound to a hotel with key access only elevators. I never book those hotels for a reason...customer service. After that crossed my thoughts, I realized I was back where I started! Oh well.

I never wanted to suggest it was a good idea for you.  Just commenting on how to get the low price.   I will also say that timing is everything.  Hotel business can be very slow these days, especially on the weekend.  The last time I was staying overnight on a fri & sat I got a very nice room at the Radisson in Roseville for only $96 without using Priceline. On a  prior occasion I got a room on the weekend at the Hilton downtown for only 110 also without using Priceline. Of course weekends may not be good for your business either but at least you are not competing with the traveling agencies.

I am curious though on which hotel has key access only elevators.  I know some have concierge floors that require a key but you aren't going to end up on those floors through priceline.  

Its nice that some of you are so considerate with regard to discretion.

Wendy's new location is even nicer than the old one.  It is personalized to her, and has an even nicer view, inside and out. The "centerpiece" just keep getting better too, all of the hard workouts are really paying off.
