I will transfer 15 VIP days  to your account for the closest guess as to when TER functionality(ads and reviews) are restored for Minneapolis.  
All responses must be a date, (when hell freezes over is not accepted) ,posted on this thread and not sent by PM.
Closest date that does not go over wins.  In the event of multiple identical winners, the prize goes to the first entry.

I hope I am wrong as wrong can be? Looking at one site that returned and another claiming to be back up in early june. These sites are making a sincere effort. The response from ter is pathetic and unless their foreign sites make good money I think it will disappear.

President can't undo the law on his own; it would require Congress to repeal it, assuming the  courts don't rule it unconstitutional first.
