Try having someone who has seen you recently submit the changes you need.  Also, if you don't have a current ad up, it may be difficult to get anything changed.  As far as getting VIP membership for providers, you should ask one of them for help on what to do.

okay so i tried to contact the TER board and they have not responded i think one of you gentleman have to complain about it being wrong i aslo want to know how i can get accsess to a provider membership right now i have a basic one and cant to ANYTHING..so anyone who has suggestions or can help PLEASE PLEASE DO SO !!!!!

You can get VIP anytime with a paid membership of 20 bucks. Reviews or not.

To be able to get onto the provider board you have to have 3 reviews and they give you access.

You need to get a few reviews and a website and things will all work better for you...
