Can someone please explain to me what it really means when a review says "sometimes" for multiple pops?  It would seem to me that the provider either offers multiple pops or not.  Thanks.

Some hobbyists are not able to complete multiple pops due to age, health conditions, time constraints or other circumstances.  
So therefore, "sometimes" offers multiple pops.

Could be a YMMV situation or how long the appointment is for.  You are not likely to get multiple pops if you are only seeing her for half an hour.

I know a number of providers who put it that way because every once in awhile they encounter some rabid neanderthal on the blue pill that interprets multiple pops as a green light to fuck and suck non-stop for an hour.
