Hey all, has anyone ever had success/good encounters using Models-World or Secret Hostess? I cannot find any reviews of ANY of the ladies on there...so my initial thoughts are always if too good to be true, it usually is.

Models World is often Eros ads. Useful sometimes to see the history of Eros traveler ads that otherwise disappear.
Secret Hostess is mostly fabricated fakes with some Backpage type ads scraped and thrown in.
There are NO websites that guarantee their advertisers are real.

ME has been gone for some weeks now. I wonder if some of those girls will reappear, thinking specifically of Vera and Lilly Grace…

...and if they do reappear, will access be any different for all of us who were previously blocked?

No way to know in advance.  The providers may choose to go independent.
