Do you think visiting provider would give a discount on low traffic days downtown ?

Can't imagine a visiting provider offering a discount - it's not like her hotel room or airline ticket gets discounted for the weather.

A local gal might offer a discount to encourage folks to come out during what might otherwise be a low-traffic period, especially if she ends up getting new regulars out of the deal. A visitor who doesn't spend a lot of time here and thus wouldn't benefit as much likely wouldn't share that belief.

I don't think you will have much luck with visiting providers giving discounts as their expenses don't change due to weather ... However they might have a cancelation so its worth a try ... You could email them and ask ... But you may not like some of the replies.

Many of us have separate incall locations than our homes so we would also need to get out and honestly giving a discount that I haven't already decided to give is not a motivater to get me out in the weather. Many of us make appts in advance so if there is a cancelation or the incall is also home you might have some luck.

Not sure if you were looking for advice or if this was strictly an ISO but good luck ... Hope you find something.

that using a post-dated third party check for my donation with you is not going to fly either.

As if us local ladies do ? Last I checked,
my bills still cost the same amount regardless of weather or illness.

Simple answer ; Put in your price range and find a lady you can afford.
A lot easier than annoying people by trying to negotiate their rates IMO.

There are always many cancellations when the weather is like this (another reason to NOT offer discounts)---

"too much traffic, my window of time is too small now"

"I'm stuck in ice/stuck behind others stuck on ice... can't make it due to traffic"

"Too cold to leave the house"

"Afraid to drive in this weather"

"Coming down with a cold....."

And then there are guys who want to schedule on a day like this but they want...... a half hour.... at 5:30.... and have a tendency of being late..... what are you thinking?! You won't make it like you did't make it on time last time.... and for you to waste an hour and a half of my time for what only pays a half hour and you make me rip my hair out in frustration..... fogettaboutittt. I am not taking dates tonight just to have guys cancel when they realize they can't move their car. Definitely not going to give discounts. :) Happy humping!

xoxo

Anyone going out with the roads like this would be crazy in the first place. My Yaktrax couldn't even handle A simple jog.
I don't care if they have 4 wheel drive, stay home & stay safe out there ! Xo V

I meant it more from a business standpoint. Most supply and demand businesses raise or lower there price. The reason I asked about traveling is they are already here money is spent to stand still and half of something is better than half of nothing. Local girls can go do something.  Ty for all your insight

Again with the assumptions that people have nothing better to do than lay around spread eagle waiting for you to barter them to death due to weather conditions lol oh honey,  Even touring ladies have lives.
I mean you're implying that all providers who visit here are flat-backin it all day, really dude ? Pffft.
I'm going from the inquiries posted here over the years asking what's good to do here besides fuck.
That's not how it works so please don't think others can't see through your stopping short of saying;
OMG THERE'S SNOW AND ICE IN FEBRUARY! IN MINNESOTA!!!
I SHOULD GET A DISCOUNT!

Desperate is dangerous and it's best to not put anyone in desperate situation which is what you're looking like at this point IMO.
Please take the advice and be polite don't forget to tip generously! Hahahahahaha ! Xoxo V.

Vacancies due to X are PRECISELY when a hotel or airline would lower their rate/fare.
