I understand your concern, but If nobody ever takes a chance.  We would never get any new talent in the business.

I do take changes and as a matter of fact last night I saw a wonderful young gal that doesn't even advertise her phone. I took my chance and stroke gold without compromising my personal info. She walks in my place, money is there for her to see, she doesn't touch it, we do the deed, we talk, she takes money and she goes home happy. I can't wait to see her again

Getting started can be difficult on both sides.  I have heard at least some girls used agencies to break into the business.  It would be interesting to hear how some other ladies dealt with requiring references when they were just starting out.
