it has nothing to do with the area code where a review land but with the cities listed on a provider profile. If she has Tampa and Minneapolis the review will show in both cities.

And her profile won't be updated unless someone specifically requests that it be changed. So, her reviews will continue to show up under Minneapolis unless and until someone gets TER to update that field.
