Looking a little closer to the green top in detail, I agree they are not exactly the same but me thinks it the same girl in BP ad and the one on the website.
Pretty sure that's not the same girl, and it's definitely not the same top.
I'm not saying this "kendra" is real, but it doesn't appear to be THAT girl. Also, tineye doesn't find any duplicates (other than the same girl posting in SF). No guarantee, but usually pictures like this are TGTB.

I've never seen one of these models actually be the girl on some ad off of BP or other typical sites where escorts advertise. If one of them were to try escorting, I think they would use a much more low profile method of advertising.
