Of course asking for a friend....Ok folks... give me some feedback here.  Experiences with ED Aides, little blue pills, i.e.....Viagra, Cialis.  I am hit and miss lately, I used to be good for 2 SOG.  Condoms used to not impact my performance but now its hit and miss.  Age is catching me... My cock used to stare at me each morning, now I am trending about less than 30% of mornings....

My hope is I can take one of these on my way to a visit and it improve the overall experience.  I am concerned it may leave me hard beyond the appointment time and I will literally have to schedule back to backs to tame my johnson :)  Ok,, thats an over exaggeration... but seriously a few questions for both clients and providers.

- Providers - Good Experience, Bad Experience with Clients?  Bring it on?  or keep that weapon away!
- Guys - Preferences with brands, Differences with Brands, Does it meet expectations or exceed?  Drawbacks and concerns?

Any and all info is greatly appreciated, PM is good too if you want to stay on the DL :) happy hunting!

My experience is that half a pill taken on way to appointment does enhance my experience.  Dont know the brand or dosage because they were given to me by a friend.  No problem getting my pants back on after one sog.   The problem is with a bad headache about an hour after appointment.  Every time.  Dont know why or if that's common. Even cutting the pill doesn't seem to help that.

Well I know that , I'm just saying if you're not close to 60, you wouldn't necessarily look in the Forum that says over 60..bit I do get what he is saying. I am in my early 40s and although no issues getting up, sometimes it's hard getting in a second round which was never a problem in my 20s or 30s.

I have been using for awhile sinfidal.... (generic V).   I take a 1/2 pill on my way to appointment and I get two shots off.... still have issues with condom sometimes.... but I have always had that issue.

But here is the kicker.... I GET HUGE HEAD ACHES.  About an hour after the appointment I get splitting headaches.   I try to stay very hydrated but i still get them just not as severe.

So that is something to watch out for.   I know others said that Cialas or its generic I might not get these.

Anyways... I have never had a hard on last for hours like they say the "side" affects may happen.

Hope this helps.

Maybe look at tadalafil (Cialis). The only side effect is you'll want to sit in a bathtub on a clifftop watching the sunset. But like the ad says, "You'll be ready when she is."

A tongue and a cheek go well in that setup, but why separate tubs?  So Vanilla....

I get a prescription for Sildenafil 20mg.  Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra.  Depending on your pharmacy, you may be able to get the pills at a significant discount.  The recommendation says to take 2-5 pills about an hour before but so far I manage with 1-2.  No side effects for me other than some flushing in the face.

Definitely recommend Cialis about an hour before the encounter. Suited for MSOG and I have never gotten the headache.

If one brand of medication gives you side effects, it is worthy trying other brands.  No guarantee of improvement, of course.

I was prescribed tadalafil. I couldn't tell you if it works as advertised for ED, because that isnt how I use it. I use it for a side effect (ie "off book" prescription). As a vasodilator it helps with blood flow through soft tissue (which is why it works as a ED med) but I also suffer from crippling cramps after long (40-60mile) bicycle rides, and popping a low dose 30min before heading out helps a lot for the recovery.

Yes, I've tried bananas, magnesium supplements, hydration supplements, etc - this was a last resort thing I found being used by the Italian cycling team in an obscure sports med journal. They might have made it up to scam their doctors for ED meds on prescription, who knows. But it does work for me.

Only side effect I've found so far is (as pointed out by the lovely Paige up above) is a desire to pull off the road and soak in a tub on a clifftop watching the sun set. If Paige wants to join me next time, she is more than welcome.

Sidebar: When I was picking up the prescription for the first time, the (female) pharmacist pulled me aside to ask me if I knew how to use it. As she was stumbling for the words, I put her out of her misery and told her why I was taking them.

I took some Cialis at one time, but had some of the same side effects that others have mentioned above.
I have since become a no drug kind of guy.  I have not taken a prescription or over-the-counter drug for at least 3 years.  I used to take an herbal product "Hot Plants for Him" that was in the vitamin and food supplement section of a grocery store.  It contained maca, yohimbe, rhodiola, horny goat weed, ginseng, and tongkat ali.  It definitely did it's job while taking less than the suggested amount.  But you should be sure to read the caution on the box.  I stopped taking it after one of the warning items surfaced for me.  I don't think this caused my issue though, but out of precaution, I stopped it.  I assume it's still available though I have not looked.  It is a US company, but can't say where the ingredients are sourced.  As a side note, I seem to recall seeing a "Hot Plants for Her" too!

There are also a lot of herbal supplements available.  I am fortunate that at my age I do not have ED, but I have used both supplements and sildenafil to enhance the experience.  Sildenafil provides a more rigid experience, while the supplements produce more robust output, if you know what I mean. Some of the active ingredients to look for in the supplements include horney goat weed (appropriately named) and L-Arginine. I have tried Staminol from GNC and Libidomax, available at most drug stores.  There's also a lot of supplements on Amazon. There is a lot of research on the web, much of it shill. So do your research and see if any of these work to enhance the experience.

I love when people I see take ED pills. It just makes for an overall more enjoyable experience for everyone. I usually keep both cialis and viagria on me as well just in case it's needed.

I have gotten a prescription from my Doctor for Sildenafil Citrate 20mg, active ingredient in Viagra, usually take 30 to 60 minute's to work, you can take it up to 4 hours before hand ( do the math ) cost have gone down over the last year with one of the new law's that went into effect. believe it's, Pharmacy's have to share  there savings with customers. anyway it's 7 dollars. It use to be a blood pressure med. But yes, there's very questionable adds all over the place on the internet.

Sublingual viagra (dissolve under the tongue) can work for me in about 10 minutes.  Yeah, it is bitter tasting, but big deal.
.
I haven't tried that with cialis but since that stuff lasts all day, can take it longer before the event.

Depending on the pharmacy, you can get a prescription for 20mg pills of sildenafil for about $1.50/pill; no insurance needed.
