The male factor? I'm not sure what you're looking for. I've had some pretty good success with this. I think it has a lot to do with chemistry between the two people, hydration, a good tonguing and correct use of the fingers. :

From this males perspective, the video posted by RJ was a good representative of the technique that has worked well for me in the past.  I personally believe that it requires both g-spot and clitoral stimulation at the same time.  And like smilin6969 said, I think chemistry helps too, or at least a willingness on the woman's part to let go and let it happen.  I believe the biggest issue for most woman is getting past the point of hyper sensitivity that can occur like when getting oral and having an orgasm and then squirming away from his tongue because she is almost painfully sensitive.  I think something about stimulating the g-spot and clit at the same time and then getting more aggressive for a bit as she nears that point of heightened sensitivity is what gets a woman to the point of squirting.

I have them and I believe they make your sex life better. I have had success in my personal life making women squirt that had not before however this is only from a total of 2 women so I think the claim that you can make any women squirt is probably over stated and would be more accurate to say that a high number of women can squirt but don't know it due to the other statistic in Claire's video that the average man last 3 minutes. Bottom line for me is that you never stop learning and discovering.
