I reviewed a woman who opened the door wearing a sexy combination bustier/apron thing. She called it her "slut-baking-cookies" look. I thought that was cute so quoted her in the review, making clear it was a quote.
The review was just 'unapproved' with the explanation that even negative reviews should not be unduly harsh or use words like slut or whore. Since no one who read the review could consider it negative, I'm betting TER uses an automated system to catch forbidden words before it ever gets to a live person.
I've resubmitted the review without the offending word. Live and learn.
Maybe it's old news but I haven't seen something like this discussed before.
You can send them a PM asking for a explanation; I did it one or twice and got back a response along the lines of 'sorry for the mistake' and the review went up unchanged.
... the review was unapproved a second time. But this time TERsupport sent me an email, that I could see even though not VIP, explaining the problem. Their comments made sense so I fixed it. It has now been posted.
This is the most difficulty I had with a review, and I can't say anything they did was unreasonable. Don't know why some people seem to have so much trouble.
I'm using my temporary VIP to catch up on some reviews, and just finished one in which the author says his lady "turned into a sultry, steamy, dirty mouthed little cock-hungry, cum-slut, ass whore." All said with great approval, of course. So maybe TER isn't using an automated system after all.
That comment was in the juicy details, of course, while my "slut-baking-cookies" was in the general details, so maybe that's the important distinction.
