If you are on twitter following the Minneapolis ladies she is actually pretty well known. She had a special last spring where I could have seen her for 300 then a month later raised to 400. Her tweets were very soap opera-ish begging for dates, asking for money, claiming depression, girl was a mess. She couldn't get the 400 and then lowered back down to 350. Then Covid hit and all the other MPLS ladies took a break but she didn't. I have seen Ivy Voss many times in my passing through Minnesota. It is indeed true that she does ask for a deposit before hand. Nevertheless we always end up meeting and having a good time. There is only two times that I can recall that Ivy was having health issues and that she would be unable to attend our appointments and was sorry about it. She offered to return the deposit both times, the first time I didn't take it back and just let her know to hold onto it till the next time I saw her. The second time I did accept her offer to return the deposit so that I could plan with someone else that same night using the money that was returned. I believe the person who made this post is just trying to slander someone because they did not get to have their time with Ivy and lying about her not offering to return the deposit which she always offered to do so with me when something came up that she could not make an appointment.

Sometimes good clients being nice guys will try to help out a lady who claims to be in need with deposits / gifts. You could call it being kind or idiotic in this business... You'd expect them to be appreciative and at least treat you as good as or better than some occasional client but some will just take your kindness/$ for granted while giving nothing.
Appears Ivy may be good for a hook up but cautious with a deposit and don't waste time/$ on being too nice. What else can you do in this business after being shit on for being kind but to warn others....I've been there and appreciate the warning. Sucks that it happened!
Several others out there, just remember circles dont mix. Social circles and biz circles, personal situations rarely work. IMH experiences, I have two that are on my master shit list for this very reason.
Sending a deposit is a major exercise in trust with someone who in all likelihood you haven't met before.
I have done it once, and it made me uncomfortable. Thinking about it now, it still does. Never mind risking the money, sending a deposit comes too close to linking this life with real life, too close for comfort.
That's where this community used to be really useful. NCNSs were called out and held accountable regularly, and it was possible to hobby with confidence. So I'm grateful to hear from Stanley. Thanks for speaking out.
