Sorry you are so bitter because of the stance that I took in the first place, and then once proof was shown I changed my mind.
I have a few close friends in this industry, and if they said something I would back them immediately, because I know them personally.
But I dont know most of you personally to make a sound judgement on what you say is the truth or not, henceforth I need proof.. other wise it does sound like a bunch of kids in the sand box crying he said this and she said that.. I got proof, and I took it one step further , I offered to show that proof , I have shared that proof with the community, I have offered the email address of this Maxi-Pad Beaverdouche, person, and have shown how complaints can be filed to inbox.com to have the email address removed.. Ive been proactive about it, and one of the problems I see is when soeone introduces an issue , that they dont bring backup to what they say, we are just supposed to believe them out of blind faith ..

As well as claims "We will be publishing distribution lists on Wednesday morning (to the public) and we will alert a few of the local MN press writers"

Maybe I take a rather simplistic view and brain is little sloshy this morning but you do not harm another person ether physically, mentally and hell no monetarily. I am not in the know as to whom, why, where, what and when is going on presently.
However, in the past, in this community, there have been instances of individuals, who have conducted Gaslight behavior.
I once was a target of one particular individual, who's conduct was such, which clearly can be defined as Gas lighting.
To often, people view this kind of behavior, and use the word Drama to describe the behavior.
Mindy has taken the time to post and describe
the behavior, and apply an accurate label that associates the observed behavior, to the individual.
This conduct, needed to be bought to light, so that everyone can understand how Cruel, Evil, and
aloft, that an individual doing these things, Is.
At the time of my torment, when I thought that I was going nuts, and many viewed me as nuts, well, I was not able to connect the dots, as I am not
a Psychologist, and do not play one on T.V.
In the time that has passed, I have become more aware of how to recognize conduct, that is anti social.
As I have stated in prior posts, I am no longer active in the hobby for many various reasons, and this is yet just another reason why.
I want to stay insulated as well as possible from
the impact of undesirable individuals.
( My confusion, and lack of knowledge, is what allowed this individual to gain enough knowledge of me, so as to play out her game, I know, My Bad ) And lastly, when I got a hang on what she was doing to me, Well I turned it around, and did it back to her! that makes me a hypocrite, but I did what I did to even the playing field.
And lastly, to all the horny clowns, who have spoken so highly of said individual, I raise my glass of Beer and toast Her for having charmed, seduced, and suckered others into her deception.
However she did not fool me, and those who had my back. LOL
People! be Careful and Be Aware! their are those, of either gender, within this community, who are in fact, like foxes in the chicken coop.

the media would likely think it's submitted by a kook. The existence of TER, like boards and what goes on in this underground world is hardly news to the media. It's written about everytime there's a major bust. How would he out Providers unless he knew their real names? How would he out Hobbyists unless he knew their real names? I doubt there's a conspiracy of many or even a few ex-Hobbyists to carry out these evil plans. How would they have first found like minded conspirators to begin with and how could they clandestinely and effectively network among themselves without fear of betrayal among themselves that they might be outed as well? I would believe it's the work of a lone wolf who's trying to make the Hobby community believe he could possibly pull this off.

It's unfortunate that this person is still sending out his hate mail. If you don't like the way someone is conducting themselves as either an escort or a hobbyist then don't associate with them. Threatening to out people is way over the line.
First you get someone that puts themselves in front of a bunch of people who already know a bunch about the subject. They make a claim to be knowledgeable about the subject as the fumble through the lectures looking for important information to keep your attention. They convey insufficient information and the information they convey is biased opinion of the facts. Then they rely on scare tactics to hope you will not have questions they cannot answer. They only present one side of the issues because the other side makes more sense but is difficult to handle. All of this creates a stressful situation when the original situation without all the garbage was already stressful.
So there may be some truth to their words but like sex ed we all went out had sex and more than likely did something wrong. Such is life.
HH/VM and her either self appointed or VM appointed people need to get a life. Like Cat said if you read her twat account or blog you can see she's not a stable person and has sucked in several people to defend her irrational behavior. They are trying to bring everyone down because she wants to be number one in everyone's book. She blames TER and her "haters" for any misfortunes she has. I just wanna scoop you up into my lap & pet the daylights out of you till you are purring your way into a deep, peaceful slumber. Believe me when I say I feel your contempt regarding this entire fiasco. And lord knows I've invested countless hours trying to come up with a remedy. To no avail obviously. Which makes perfect sense. How am I to remedy something I have nothing to do with & no REAL clue of who's all involved?
I got the very same email last night (as you well know) & one by one had multiple reactions to it. I finally rolled my eyes to it & went to bed. Damn! I missed the ball dropping! I woke up this morning & saw you responded & as always, what an awesome response it was! I chuckled, & high-fived you & said (out loud) "atta gurl Cat!" My only wish was that it would have stopped there. That thought was immediately followed by "ha! ha! keep dreaming!" Then I come here & yup! A public continuation. "sigh"
The fact is this is just another weekly public update of what's been going on for on the upside of a year now & I'm guessing closer to a couple years. Since the relisting of the one individual we know for sure is involved all hell has broken loose once again & reignited the flames giving her opponent motivation to attack in full force without concern for who it may hurt. The saddest part is IT'S WORKING! Here's a little of what I mean by that. (gawd I hate typing!)
Immediately following a public awareness post several weeks ago I had THREE cancellations. Several other ladies reported the same repercussions to me & the phones & emails fell eerily quiet. Now for me as fate would have it the weeks to come after were riddled with complications in my personal life that resulted in me only being able to accommodate two appointments. Now that may not have been a big deal were it not for the cancellations prior in reaction to that post. Are you following me, or am I rambling? Lol! Other ladies are struggling today as well. Needlessly I might add.
Then there were the emails & PM's I received from my gentlemen friends who fell victim to harassing & threatening emails being told to STFU & MYOB when all they did was make a small comment on said feed. They're (needlessly) shaking in their boots & depriving themselves of some potentially "rock my world" experiences because they either don't know who to trust, or the ladies are practicing more invasive screening tactics than the gents are comfortable providing. In essence, MANY innocent people are getting hurt. NEEDLESSLY!!!
Now here is what I have been doing & recommending others do when asked.
A) Ignore & avoid. I didn't & won't respond to any emails associated with this Elementary school BS. I do not exchange references with the individual I know as fact is involved, nor do I accept appointment requests from anyone who has reviewed her, been whitelisted by her, or I find a favorable post in my research related to her. I also tell my gentlemen friends to avoid association with her as well as her suitors. Frankly, I'm more concerned about them than her as nobody but those directly involved really knows who (S)he/they are.
B) Practice all the recommended protocol. Hobby names, email accounts, phones & for god's sake keep them secure! Password protect everything, clean out computers regularly, check your security settings frequently & keep them TIGHT! Stay away from that Google plus!
C) Find a few ATF's that you know you can trust & stick with them as much as possible.
D) Sorry ladies. I know some of you won't appreciate this but keep your personal information close to your chest. A couple reliable references, a DateCkeck, &/or P411 membership in many cases is enough. There are silent screening techniques we can use as well that are uninvasive. I suggest that if ladies aren't aware of then, learn then.
Phew! My fingers are getting tired & my eyes are going buggy. I know there's much more to say but I'm frankly tired of investing my energy.
Bottom line is if you barricade the lions in their dens & keep them isolated they will be left to either kill each other off or learn to get along & the innocents won't get eaten by mistake.

My screening was tight before and now is even tighter! I have children a family as we all do. Not much can scare me but i do have wee ones that depend on me solely so therefore i cannot just think of myself, the woman in me says eff all of this, but the mother in me says otherwise. So therefore i have to do what i have to do to make myself feel a little more comfortable. Some gentlemen have agreed to the new screening, some refuse as they already have cred but I'm hoping you guys will understand. We HAVE to do what makes us comfortable, the new screening makes me a tad more comfortable. Discretion is huge to me as to all of us. Let's just take a minute here, what if this is all just ONE bored lonely or I don't know some attention loving fraud!
With NO press connections, NO list of other hobbiest and compromised providers. COME ON why are so many people believing this? Would you feel differently if this person was found out? Would it help to know it one "lone wolf" in need of stirring the pot? Maybe that is what EVERYONE should assume, really when you can't change what's going on around you change how you look at it.
Maybe we will get lucky and one person out there reading this who has common sense , and knows something and sees the negative impact that this guy and his actions are having,, maybe they will step forward and give us the names of the person or persons behind it

HH/VM has dragged me through the mud more than once.
First off, I feel that Mr Douchbag, is actually #1 on your list. She LOVES drama, and what better way to create more drama than to make it look like some hobbyist hates you? HH/VM is a master manipulator. This looks a lot like something she would do. I may be right, or I could be wrong, but I've dealt with her for over 8 years, so I think I know her tactics rather well. I've been told she keeps everything, hence the "client list", providers she has dealt with in the past as "friends", ( real names). Her bust went public, so its payback time, you get the picture...
As far as releasing things to the media on that Wednesday, That was December 11th, the same day exactly one year later that HH/VM got busted. Look it up, its public record. Coincidence? I think not.
I have been informed that my real name was mentioned in one of the emails. Along with my middle initial, which I rarely use. I used it once on something #1 on your list saw from me. HH/VM/Maxipad can't email me directly, because when I communicated with her in the past, I have deleted all those email accounts.
Plus, if you read VM's blog as posted here before, she doesn't say "He" threatened her, VM says she was threatened my a "her". Big clue folks.
As far as trying to put a stop to all of this, She is such a loose cannon that it may be impossible to find a way to stop her. You can't reason with her. She feels she is always right, and if you confront her, you are "bullying" her, according to her. And out come her WKs on this board.
All I'll say is I tried to warn people about her in the past. It fell on deaf ears, and even some of the posters here today chastised me for "picking" on her.

Thank you for coming forward, I hope now others can feel a little better realizing all the threats might only be her.

Thank you for being brave and publicly telling it like it is and anyone who doesn't understand, that's on them but maybe some will be just a little more cautious with who they spend time with or at least not be so quick to defend something that more then likely doesn't need defending.
I would be more apt to say that it is someone who wants to make it look like her ..

They dont, that was exactly my position and how I felt on that day not that long ago in response to those posts, I dont apologize for them,, why should I , I dont apologize for me being myself..
My opinion and view on the matter has now changed because of having the messages to refer to.. and clearly proof that this is going on .. because I got included now.. and now that I have seen the emails and been included I have an opinion on that..
Why does human nature need to be spelled out for some of you who think pointing something like this out is some flaw ? You do know we live on planet earth with billions of people who change their minds and opinions every day right ?

Here's the thing.. there is a large group of us, and MAx is pointing a gun with a handful of bullets,,
He may be able to take out 3-6 of us ,, but I wouldnt want to be in his shoes when he shoots and all he hears is *click*
I can take one of those bullets in loo of the providers who absolutely have to keep their identity private, and im venturing to guess there is a handful of us who could take a lil heat ,, for those who absolutely unable to .. its not that im a savior or anything, ,its just that im better equipped to handle the bullets, so it would be more like a graze for me..
But the fact is those emails are sick , clearly the threats are real , we have providers who businesses it is effecting and I think something needs to be done

Sorry you are so bitter because of the stance that I took in the first place, and then once proof was shown I changed my mind.
And now hears the real hard truth::
I have a few close friends in this industry, and if they said something I would back them immediately, because I know them personally.
But I dont know most of you personally to make a sound judgement on what you say is the truth or not, henceforth I need proof.. other wise it does sound like a bunch of kids in the sand box crying he said this and she said that..
I got proof, and I took it one step further , I offered to show that proof , I have shared that proof with the community, I have offered the email address of this Maxi-Pad Beaverdouche, person, and have shown how complaints can be filed to inbox.com to have the email address removed..
Ive been proactive about it, and one of the problems I see is when soeone introduces an issue , that they dont bring backup to what they say, we are just supposed to believe them out of blind faith ..
