I made that assumption when I talked to her. She seemed quite shady so I didn't waste my time. She's actually pretty rude too. Maybe its just me though. Or maybe she was just having a bad day. Who knows, but she was like that the times I did try contacting her (more than once).

Probably 2 lazy, she changed her name, something..

Could be YMMV, but, was a complete waste for me.  Overpriced and wanted to upsell.  Overall, left pretty frustrated and won't ever repeat.
