I would like to take a casual survey of my fellow consumers:

it seems to me that there are three basics factors when selecting a provider:

personality, appearance and performance, or what i call a PAP test ( no disrespect to woman)

So which is most important and why or which would you rate in selecting a provider

Without appearance there is no first meeting.

Without performance there is no second meeting.

Without personality there is no third, fourth, fifth ...

Appearance is not the most important but it is the starting point; if I'm not attracted by the pictures I see, I am not likely to make the call.  Once past that then performance becomes very important; god looks will only get an escort so far.  Personality comes more into play if we are talking about longer sessions, where there will be more down time but I view it as essential in a longer sessions and something that makes the difference in whether or not I will keep seeing a girl again and again.

First off, I would just like to say that I know this response will piss some people off but I truly mean no offense or disrespect to the ladies of this board. All three things are important but I tend to prioritize Appearance > Personality > Performance.

Appearance:
Maybe I'm shallow but when looking for a provider I am searching for someone hot, young, hot, petite, hot, sexy and hot. It also helps if she is hot. Did I mention she has to be hot? Some guys can kid themselves that it is all about the "companionship" or the emotional connection or the personality or whatever else they want to call it but the cold, hard fact is we are paying money for sex (no matter how we try to word it to avoid LE). Those other things may enhance an experience but they aren't the bottom line. I challenge anyone who disagrees with me to book a session with a provider and not have any form of sex or physical intimacy during the time you share. If I am going to be dropping $200 to $400 an hour for sex then it damn well better be with a woman that is so attractive I know I could never have her without an envelope full of cash, not someone overweight, unattractive, old or toothless that I could find at the local bar and take home after a few shots. Some men like older or heavier women but I'm not one of them. If I don't find someone physically attractive then I don't want to have sex with her even if she is the best GFE in town and her performance is top notch.

Personality:
Personality is very important too. Not as important as looks, in my opinion, but still a large factor in determining if we see someone once ever or once a week. Great conversations and emotional or intellectual experiences can be had before, after (and sometimes during) the sex. This factor is especially true and important in longer dates and I would argue becomes proportionally more important the longer the date gets.

Performance:
While I personally won't go see a provider who consistently gets reviews of "She just laid there", the sad fact is the penis is not a complex object and just laying there still gets the job done. Unlike women, the male orgasm is (usually) incredibly easy to achieve. Step 1: Insert the penis somewhere tight and preferably moist. Step 2: Thrust repeatedly. Step 3: Cum. It's a little crude but if a part of the body can be lubed up and squeezed together, I think just about anywhere would achieve the same result. That the communication and timely responses to inquiries is important as well.  Schedules are often tight and limited so a provider that timely responds to communications also will attract and keep me interested.

For me appearance comes first then performance and personality. Appearance really gets me going. As soon as i see that she is hot and attractive, everything else will come into place.

I'm much more interested in how smart, educated, funny, and engaging their personality. Otherwise, I simply won't be aroused by a woman. I beautiful body with a vacuum in the head is a major turn-off.

I couldn't agree more. Communication is very important, a simple one line reply would suffice. I believe communication falls under personality.

Physical appearance is most important to make the first appointment, as I workout at least 5 days a week, I am only sexually attracted to women who have nice tight bodies.

A great Personality - Attitude  will make me an occassional repeat client.

Good performance with a great personality - attitude will make me a more frequent repeat client.

I would certainly agree with that.  A girl who handles the logistics well and is reliable is much more likely to get repeat business
