I do not know of any providers in either city. However,

you might get lucky if a gal was going to Sioux Falls.  Stopping in Marshall would only add about 40-45 minutes to her drive so she might change her route to visit you, especially if it were for a multi-hour date.   As for Willmar, there are a few providers who will visit that far, again for multi-hour dates and/or if she can get multiple bookings.

I do get to the Marshall area occassionally.   I could visit you if the timing was right and with proper screening.

visiting a friend.  Perhaps I should have posted I would be in town!

Although there are very few local providers in the area, Cristal is one that might be of interest and I think she might actual reside somewhere in between.  I wouldn't be surprised if you could talk her into a trip down there especially if there were a couple of guys to see.
