With one glaring exception, I have always found throughout my "civilian" life that they are pretty universally avoided.  I don't think it's unique to the "civilian" world though, as during my first several years in the "hobby" I found that providers more or less left them alone too.

Generally, they're left alone unless you make a point of asking for some attention, in which case they're given a little cupping, a squeeze or two, and then they're left alone.  My one glaring exception was many years ago, a GF that just couldn't keep her hands off them.  We talked about it, and she said that for whatever reason she was always totally fascinated by them,  couldn't keep her eyes off them, and just found they were a huge turn-on for her.  They got way more attention time-wise than the "other stuff", like a 2/3 - 1/3 split, and I was in HEAVEN.  I can't speak for all guys, I just know for me, more is better.  Before, during, after, it's all VERY good.  But she was the rare exception, not the rule.  And it may be I'm the exception, and not the rule, for how much I like it.

But I will say, since my "return" lately, times seem to have changed, there's a noticeable difference.  "BLS" is actually listed as a "service" on P411 now...  MANY reviews on TER make references to the "boys"...  And in my few recent experiences, all I had to do was ask and they were well cared for.  Not sure why it's different know than it used to be.

My GF never used to engage in any BLS, but I admittedly was pretty hairy.  As soon as I figured out how to manscape, the balls got plenty of attention.  Plus, having a clean shaven nutsack feels pretty fucking amazing.  Once you shave them for the first time (which can be daunting if you've never done it) it is then very easy to periodically do 'maintenance shaves' to keep your balls hair free.  I recommend one of those four-blade razors, brand new out of the package, and make sure the shaving gel does not contain menthol/cooling agents (unless your a glutton for punishment).

Manscaping is essential... I don't play in the forest....

I've told many men... if you cut down your timber a little I would be happy to play down there.... but I just can't get past feeling like a cat with a hairball when one of yours goes down my throat without asking. Sorry, but I just can't do hairy balls.

I've never had a lady friend (non-provider) engage in BLS. I've only had a few providers do BLS and it is a great experience & sensation! I've had one provider in particular who uses some great tongue action! I'll keep in mind and ask more providers to do that...
