I am fairly new to the TER board as well, but I must say at first it was dificult. You have to give it time before people warm up to you. It took me a while but now I " Finally " have a few reviews and the TER Gents on this MN Board are wonderful.
So my advise to you is to socialize on board and threads. Honestly it can be frustrating at first but trust me it will pay off these guys are really sweet. Good Luck

I was trying to check out your website and/or any reviews that you have.  I wanted to give you a fair and unbiased answer to your question.  Unless I'm mistaken, it looks as if you posted under an alias.  That doesn't help me to offer any words of experience or wisdom that I may offer you.

Getting past the aforementioned, I will also say that it wasn't easy for me at first either.  I was a little fortunate when I got started thanks to a well-respected reviewer who took a chance, and some advice.

Are you a VIP member?  If so, PM me and I'll wherever I can.  If not, then it DOES pay to become VIP so that our brethren ladies can also offer positive words of wisdom.

maybe run a special ? there is lots of competition out there in the 100-150 range for a half  hour. just my 2 pennies worth.

After al the fake ads, busts and LE issues..A lot of guys are VERY hesitant to be the first with a lady when she has NO reviews or references and does nto know any other lady that can vouch for her.

Look at it from our perspective, no reviews, so we don;t know what the menu is, don;t know if the pic is real but yet...the same price point as a proven and reviews provider.  Do the math.

Maybe get a web site up n running to give us a better feeling about you or if we do call...maybe we did not like how the phone conversation went.  That intital contact can makle or break an appt.

It is great that you are asking for feedback. That alone indicates a desire to improve and move up.

I searched and did not really find anything real negative about you on the board except for the little reprimands about the music. Which I hope you take in a possitive manner. It is a problem.  

Yes you have one very bad review. I looked at both your reviewers and I have seen several of the same ladies they have even though I have not reviewed them all. These guys appear to be legit reviewers however there is always the YMMV issue and the guy who gave you the bad one gave another girl a bad review who I have always had a pretty good expieriance with. He also gave some very good reviews to very deserving ladies. I suspect that gentalman is as legit as the other but has very specific taste and possibly it was a bad day for you or him, or things just did not click between you. So at least at this point I am thinking you deserve a shot and if you are for real, I am sure you will soon get some much better reviews and move well past that one negative. I will also say that I apprieciate that you kept your name and number and are trying to move forward, rather than switching pics, numbers and name... So I admire you for that.

If you search your name in the subject line search on this board, you will find some possitive and even very possitive comments about you.... So I am a little confused by what issue promted this posting? Are you disappointed in the amount of business that has come your way thus far? Did you expect that by entering disscussion here your calls would pick up a lot? That would be a fair assumption if the economy was normal. However things are pretty tight money wise throughout the country and your rates are on the high side. You are very much in a supply and demand business which is what dictates how much can be charged. Granted you look very hot and young, but you do not have the reviews at this point to support high pricing.

I really hate to get into pricing discussions on here but if the amount of business you are getting is your issue, re-post, reply or PM and we can discuss further.

How to build reviews, top 10 list.

This is more of an answer to your question, but not meant specificcly for you so please do not take issue with things that you may not be gui1ty of.

1. Honesty.
Nobody like to be lied to or cheated. This includes implied truths, such as if you advertize GFE, provide it. If it is partial, explain it up front. I really think everything else ties back to honesty in some way.

2. Accuracy.
You do not need to show your face if you don;t want to and you do not need professional up to date pics all the time, but update them whenever there is a change, such as your wieght, hair color, etc. And at least once every couple years. It is amazing how some girls can stay 19 for 5 years! Us guys understand it is not polite to ask a woman her age so we don't want to, we also understand that it is pretty normal that "escort years" are kind of the reverse of "dog years" and that many will only add a year every two or three, but if you are a 30 year old former stripper claiming to be 18 we have a problem.

3. Cleanliness.
Take a shower! And expect your clients to do the same. If at all possible offer a shower at your incall location, and towels. Tip your hotel maids a $20 or more and you should not have an issue getting enough towels and keeping mouths shut. A real professional touch is to have mouth wash and little dixi cups, use it yourself and offer it to your clients. Do not use heavy perfume or scented oils. Try not to smoke in your incall or at least keep it in check. Many guys do not want to go home smelling "different".

4. Schedules and Biology.
Be honest about your monthly cycle, if you must or want to work, run a special but drop a hint for us dummies so we catch on. Most of us are not stupid... If it comes on early and you are caught by supprize, see number one, don't make up a lie and get a bad review. Maybe offer a discount on a future visit. Most guys will be understanding if you are honest and sincere.

5. Business.
Do not upsell! Get business out of the way first. I like it best if prices are on the ad and I can call, set an appointment for a given time and when I show up I can place the donation down on a night stand or something and no mention of it is made. We can get to our "business", have a good time and part ways without any discussion of funds. Better for you, better for me! No incriminating comments means more comfort and confidence all around. I have seen some girls several times and never once have discussed any money. It is just the most proffessional way to proceed.

6. Establish rules.
If you have speciffic rules get them out of the way right way as well. If there are only a couple minor ones and it seems awkward to bring them up in the beginning, just softly but plainly mention them as the oppertunity comes up.

7. Open disclosure.
Have the bathroom door open, even a closet. If there is a connecting door to another room, let your client see that it is locked. I would prefer to know up front if there is another girl in the room.... It might be a turn on to let her watch! rather than hiding in the closet. (I suppose I just opened myself up for the "week in review".

8. Timelyness.
Keep appointments. Answer calls when you make an appointment. If you cannot, get back right away. after initial contact, don't be afraid to text directions and times. If you are running late, call or text. See number one.

9. Respect.
Treat your clients with respect and like a real gentalman (unless he proves himself otherwise). Just because he is paying your for your time does not mean you can treat him like a number and expect to get a good review or have him come back... No matter how hot you look, your personality will dictake your repeat customers! Have some self respect and establish your own guidlines so the reviews become consistent. If you treat your clients with respect, you deserve to be treated the same. Be an Escort, not something that starts with a constanant! You are being paid for your time and sharing some very intimate time with some lucky gentalmen.... You deserve to be treated like a lady if you act like one (see number one). Just because somebody is paying for your time does not give them the right to violate your rights and your feelings. People who respect others tend to get the same in return. If you have rules that guys don't like, you need to be upfront about those and adjust your program accordingly.

10.Enjoy!
Relax and have fun, be yourself. It is your personality that will make or break your business. You are in the ultimate "people business".

This looks to be the link to your reviews on TER.  While your pictures look hot in the review it seems that there are some disagreements on your pics + some disagreement on what your offering & price point.  

I would agree with some of the comments below on your service needs to be consistent to get good reviews.  But it seems that the negative review is from a well reviewed gentleman that normally has given positive reviews.  I would suggest the following:

Offer a special for TER members at 50% your current rates for 3-6 months to get some reviews.  I don't believe you should reduce your prices for other non-TER members because you can get some poor hobbyists that won't provide reviews and will not treat you with respect.  Second include some of the suggestions to improve your service received from the other members on here.  In the future post all questions under your handle not an alias.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if interested in getting a review.

I actually was doing girl/girl doubles (in the beginning) with another escort, who was reviewed before I was.  That was in the deep South, and it was on another "escort review message board" that is similar to TER, but it is popular in the deep South.  That helped me get my foot in the door.

When I was in MN, I used other websites to drum up new clients because I was not reviewed on TER yet.  I just asked my new clients to review me on TER.  I would send the client a link to the TER "submit review" page.  That is how I got my foot in the door on MN TER.

We love new providers but here are my issues with you "specifically"

First off, I suspect that like me, meeting and seeing new providers now and then is one of the reasons we love the hobby as much as we do.  Let's face it, variety really is the spice of life!  That said, none of us wants our next new provider to be the one that gets us busted because we let the little head do all the thinking.  

Now before I list my concerns let me just say that I have been watching your ads for about 6 weeks now and love the pictures but haven't quite reached the level of comfort I need to give you a call and make an appoinment.  Here's why...

1) I like nice photos as much as the next guy but when all of you photos seem to have that "professional" look to them, that is a red flag for me.  And honestly, your ads seem to be "too professionally done" for my taste.  Those ads always seem to be the gals who get reviews that they weren't the lady in the photos.  You had a few candid, natural photos that appeared to be taken in a hotel room in earlier ads and those are what catch my attention as REAL!  But when the ad had photos I trusted, all you were offering was outcall.

2) While your website seems to indicate you do incalls, all of your postings I have seen say you are doing outcalls.  For some of us, outcalls just don't work.  Perhaps consider posting an advance ad for a day or evening of incalls and you might get more appointments.  And post it with some pictures that don't scream CAUTION!

3) I have seen varying info regarding what you deserve for an hour of companionship.  I can tell you now that I know numerous ladies that provide INCREDIBLE! GFE service for about 1/3 less than what I've read on your website.  When I have the time and the money to visit a provider and the choice is between a known fee for what I KNOW will be a great time or 1/3 more for something of unknown quality, I'll go back to one of my all time favorites every time.  I can't tell you what to do but I'm looking for specials from new providers and don't mind that their rates go up as they become more popular (If they provide a service that is worth it).

It is supply and demand and if you want our business, you need to give us a reason to take a chance on you.  Again, I love your photos and have had my eye on your ads for weeks now but in my eyes, you have three strikes against you and I'll be off to see one of my current favorites.

I'm not trying to be mean, on the contrary, I've been looking for reasons to please the big head so the little one can come play with you.  I'm just answering your question with information that may help you gain some of us (well me anyway) as clients.

REVIEWS:
First, let me say many will take JINXY101'S review with a grain of salt. Although he has been around since 2007, 31.81% of his reviews say “2 - I should have stayed home”…and at least 50% of those reviews only have him as giving a score of “2”. So, either he is difficult to please or he has bad luck. How unfortunate for him, but let’s talk about YOU.

*Better service starts from the inside out.*

If indeed JINXY101'S review of you is accurate, you will need to step up your game before seeing your next client or you are bound to receive another poor review.

It all starts with the service you offer:
-No NCNS (Learn to have no tolerance for and despise NCNS. There is no reason to not call.)
-Communicate more effectively…answer the phone. We all have our flaws, but it gets easier.
-Always use your photos even if you have a “flatter chest”, or bigger tummy, etc.
-Do not upsell. If your rate is $300, everything on your menu should be included in that $300. (I had to learn this lesson too…REPEAT…upselling is NEVER ok…with the exception of Greek)
-Read other provider’s reviews and see what they do to get high marks (e.g., do they take the gent’s coat, offer him a drink and shower at their nice incall location, clean him up, DFK, send him a thank you? etc.).

Forget about JINXY101'S review and move on! Start focusing your efforts on getting new reviews.

Now to get new reviews, do the following:
Offer a TER special to all TER reviewers/members. Do NOT offer a special in return for a review, as it will get you banned. Instead, offer a special to all TER men in hopes that someone will write a review of you…and ta-da!! (Sounds confusing, but it is not). Personally, I would advise you not offer too low of a special rate, because your beginning rate with indicate the rate you will be working at for quite some time…especially in this economy.

Think of it this way…if you know you can buy a t-shirt for $100 this week, are you going to want it when the price goes up to $300 next week? No. Even with a few great reviews saying the t-shirt will snug you the right way, you will not want it for more than $100 once you see it advertised at that rate. I would start with a special rate of $250/hr for TER gents. Someone will see you at that rate…just make sure you come with your A-game and offer only the best.

RATES:
Read above and decide what *you* want your rates to be (not what is suggested of the men here), and then market yourself accordingly. Do keep in mind it is always nice to cater to as many men as possible. So even if you raise your rates to $300, offer $25 or $50 off to military veterans or gents who are members of verification sites, as it is simply business savvy in this economy. (And most of your clients will see you at your regular rate anyhow...if you have the service to back it up.)

MARKETING:
Marketing and rates go hand in hand. The way you market yourself will determine your rates over time. There will always be low-, mid-, and high-income gentlemen. Who do you want to appeal to? If you want to ask for $300/hr, you will need to step up your game with your reviews (already discussed) and take some photos of you (I offer reasonable photography rates). It appears you have a lovely toned body, so if you can get the performance to match, there is no reason why you cannot make the rates that are posted on your website. If thick girls can do it, you can too.

And stay off the board unless you have something flirty to say. Yes, many of my clients like opinionated women, but there are others out there who do not. Work smarter, not harder.

First, let me say that this is one of the more interesting and intelligent threads I have read on the MN in, well, since I started watching the board in May. I enjoyed the feedback and I'm not the one who is a provider!

For the downside, I tried to access your website tonight and I got the following:

"This website used more data traffic allowed for today. Please come back tomorrow."

I guess everyone reading the post tried to access your website, or there is a limit to the amount of traffic (or self imposed if there is a fee.) You should check into this. Blocking access is a great way to kill business. You might want to PM some of the ladies who use the same service (escort-site.com) to see if they have that problem.
