First off, don't go by Wiki; it's illegal in the Bahamas. There is a big trafficking issue there, like in the Caribean in general. I've stuck with only Dutch or French islands in the past because of legal reasons. I even have taken an island hopper to one of those islands. It's better than the local LE having your nuts out to dry.  

 
There are sites out there for more info, and there's a guy on YT that does pretty current videos to help you out...hint...cruise ship ports. In all cruise ship ports, that's where the male crew members go.

Thank you.  I saw that post on WIKI saying that it was legal so I was little confused.  Someone else posted that there are a lot of ladies who work the casinos but as you said it could be a setup by the local cops.  Thanks!

A few more thoughts, I've done the circle the Caribbean destinations. If you're looking for something like ad sites like here in the US, you will probably not find it. There are sites where companions do put up ads...are they real...who knows. I even see the Russians have agencies in the Caribbean.  

 
If I'm in Central America, South America, or the Caribbean, almost 100% of the time, you can find info/dates thru taxi drivers. I have been asked if I'm looking for that 100% of the time...even on Dominica. Sometimes, it's a relative, like a sister, aunt, or mother, who you will see. But I don't want to end up in the jungle with a knife in my back... The Bahamas is not too bad. But what I've done with taxi drivers is not only hire them to drive you but pay extra; they are your security and tell you the lay of the land on where you're going. They wait for you to make sure you're ok and drive you back. I've even had it; if a specific taxi driver does not do that, that driver will bring you to one that knows or handle that. Casinos are a spot to find some help, but certain countries like to "hurt" gringos, so watch out who you ask there.  

I don't know if you are into this, but the running joke is when you get to that point of seeing her. You might find out that your date is a trans.
